Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 1 above but for each additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Steel tubes, galvanised, light grade, ISI marked 40mm bore for protection of cable under floor, road and on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement for Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-22, 9.0 metres long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, exclusive innovative die-cast aluminium IP 66 flood light(Area light) of 30 Watt, suitable for highlighting architectural façade and general purpose lighting complete all as specified and directed. Make :-BAJAJ CAT PART NO- BJLF 30W LED I or equivalent in Havells/CG.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 100 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED flood light 120 watt 230 V AC outdoor type with thermal management in multiple optics and equipped with IP66 protection, with impact and corrosion resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 60 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 70 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacemnt of moulding compound Street light junction box of size (250 mm x 200 mm x 105mm) complete with shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof , front openable type and including suitable provision for single phase, two wire cable (size upto 25 Sqmm 2 Core) incomming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete all as specified and directed. Make - Sintex Cat part No GSJB 2520 or equivalent in Hensel/ABB.

Supply and fixing in replacemnt of moulding compound street light junction box of size (250 mm x 250 mm x 160mm) complete with shock and rust proof, termite resistant, tamper proof , front openable type and including suitable provision for three phase, four wire cable (size upto 25 Sqmm 4 Core) incomming & outgoing loop -in loop connection and including one no. MCB SP 6 Amp including non metallic clamps and GI nut bolts and washers of suitable size and fixed on pole / wall complete all as specified and directed. Make - Sintex Cat part No GSJB 2525 or equivalent in Hensel/ABB.

Repair/maintenance of street/security lights any type, flood lights , post top lanterns or any other external lights in its position fixed pole/building structure or by taking down to ground, if required testing all the components/parts, wiring etc, identifying and replacing the defective components like chke (ballast), electronic driver (in case of LED Lights), ignitor, capacitor, lamp, lamp holder, connector, connection wires/ cable, MCB etc including refixing the fitting to its original position (if taken down), including repair/maint of street light control timer & junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the complete contract period from the date of commencement of work.

Note:- (i) The rate qgainst above mentioned item is deemed for cost of labour and allied expenses only. (ii) Cost of spares, choke (ballast), electronic driver, Ignitor, capacitor, lamp, lamp holder, connector, connection wire, MCB, timer spares etc) replaced against above mentioned item will be measured & paid for sepasrately under respective items of Sch 'A' here -in- below. (iii) The contractors representative will report to concerned JE E/M at 0900 hrs daily to collect the list of defective street light fittings and will submit the completion report on the same day before 1730hrs to JE E/M. (iv) The contractor has to rectify the defects/ repair and make the street light functional within 24 hours form the time the lis of deefective street lights is handed over to him/his rep by the concerned JE E/M. In case the street light is not made funtional for whatsoever reason within the specified time limit, an amount of Rs. 150/- per such defective street light per day will be recovered from the amount due to him through RAR/Final Bill.

(v) Contractor shall arrange requisite and sufficient no transport and vehicle mounted hydraulic ladder at his own. (vi) The contracor shall maintain proper record of repair/maint in a binded register duly bringing out the details of spares replaced on each and every street light and get it tuthenticated from concerned JE E/M on daily basis. The contractor shall put up the maint record register to Engineer-in-charge for inspection every monday or as and when akded for. (vii) The contractor shall be fully responsible for the safety of his men engaged for executing this work and he will provide all requisite safety equipment and clothings to his men and department shall not be repsonsible for any kind of mishap/accident/injury to his men.

(viii) The contractor shall maintain sufficient stock of spares/material required for repair/maint of street lights with the concerned JE E./M against the supply only items here-in-below, required screws, insulating tapes, internal wiring wire, gaskets and other minor items excluding the required spares parts for repairing and making the street light fittings/security light fittings in serviceable condition, will be arranged and supplied by the contractor and cost of which is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contrator under this item.

All as per item No 21 but for light fittings from high mast poles of 11 to 13 m long complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down high mast fitting from high mast structure through motorised system of 16/20mtr high and cheking all fittings including cleaning & lubricating of steel rope and repair the light fittings to make functional by replacing Flood light complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Flood light, connecting cable will be measured and paid for seperately under respective itemsof sch 'A'.

Supply only single core pvc insulated and sheathed cable with multistranded aluminium condutor of size 2.5 sqmm and drawing in to existing GI pipe bracket and connect to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for street light bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe of 1.2m length bent to required shape suitable for fixing street light / security light fitting on Steel tubular pole / RCC pole / building wall including two Nos clamps made out 30mm X 5mm flat with suitable nuts and bolts (clamp type - as per site requirement ) including two coats of aluminium paint over a coating of red oxide primer and Taking down of existing unserviceable rusted street light brackets with clamps, nuts and bolts etc . ,complete all as specified and directed.

Re-stretching tightening and fixing in position, the existing OH ACSR conductor LT line 3 phase with neutral and earth wire 440 V, 5/6 wire by loosing and taking down existing binding wire from the insulator of any size of ACSR conductor and bring it to required sag including provn of new binding wire and teghtening of cross arm on each pole and required trimming of tree branches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. Each wire to be measurede separately. 2. Unit rate are quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included for cutting and trimming branches of the trees coming in contact with ACSR conductor and separators as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Trimming/pruning of tree branches touching to the LT over head line or near to the LT over head line as per direction of AGE E/M /JE in charge complete including removing the tree branches from site complete all as specified and directed . NOTE - (a) written shut down shall be obtained from concerned JE / AGE E/M before taking the trimming work in hand by contractor (b) span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 m) will be considered as a job. (c) T & P such as lader , rope, cutter , axes and other related material will be provided by the contractor.

M & L for Painting to street light pole of steel tubular type with two coat of aluminium paint after finishing the surfaces including one coat primer top to bottom, painting on cross arms/FI clamps/street liht brackets of any type including making alternative blak and yellow bands with synthethic enemelled paint up to 1.5 Mtr height from ground level & writing of pole numbers with black paint on polescomplete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 10 Sqmm nominal cross section x 2 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply laying & testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches, sleeving through pipes or fixed on poles & walls or laid under floors including jointing with suitable size aluminium lugs complete of size 16 Sqmm nominal cross section x 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs MCB TPN, 415V, 40 Amps, 'B' series complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 but 63 amps complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 40 but SPN, 240V, 40 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs of MCCB 125 Amps, 16 KA, TP, 415 volts with neutral link including al cable lugs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning replacement of street light control box as a pole mountable enclosure conforms to IP-64 suitable for 440/230V, AC, 50 Hz, consisting of a light sensitive control system, power contactor for load switching, MCB and terminal suitable for 1 phase, 5 KW load blocks all as specified by Swadeep Nature Swith model No 02EC5kW1P or equivalent in CG/L&T/phillips complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning replacement of street light control box as a pole mountable enclosure conforms to IP-64 suitable for 440/230V, AC, 50 Hz, consisting of a light sensitive control system, power contactor for load switching, MCB and terminal suitable for 3 phase, 5 KW load blocks all as specified by Swadeep Nature Swith model No 02EC5kW3P or equivalent in CG/L&T/phillips complete all as specified and directed.
