Supply & delivery of 7.0 Mtr Hot Dip Galvanized (86-65 micron dry film thickness) Octagonal Pole, as per BSEN 10025; ASTM A572; IS 5986: IS 4759/2629, ASTM A123 and BSEN IS 1461 standard. The pole should be 7.0 Mtr long, bottom dia-130 mm, top dia-70 mm, thickness-4 mm (without galvanosation), continuously tapered and shall have octagonal cross section with pole cap at top, necessary cleat attachment/hanger for arm brackets. Base-plate having dimension 200x200x12 mm and 4 nos 'J' Type foundation bolt with double nut and plate washer, bolt dia 24 mm, bolt length-700 mm, Projected bolt length - 100 mm(these dimention are subjected to tolerance as per IS-2102 except for bending radius). The pole will consist of a built-in loop-box having one number 32 A, 3 Phase 3 Way connector with Neutral link on porcelain insulator (for incoming/outgoingcable and luminaries connection), and 1 numbers (6-32 A) SPMCB. The door opening shall be complete with a closefitting, vandal resistance, weatherproof door (to IP-55 of IS:2147), providing with a heavy duty double internal lock with special paddle key. The door opening shall be carefully designed and reinforced with welded steel section, so that the mast section at the base shall be unaffected and undue buckling of the cut portion is prevented. The Pole should be supplied with adequate templates for the purpose of construction of base foundation. The pole should have earthing terminals 02(two) nos at a height of 600 mm from the base plate for connection of earth continuity wires/ conductors. Erection of upto 7.0 Mtr octagonal GI (Hot Dip Galvanised in single dip) pole 1.6 Km from the store to work-site with foundation of M20 grade concrete for 7.0 Mtr GI Octagonal Pole with all the materials like sand, cement, stone chips, reinforcement steel, binding wire etc as relavent IS Code. soil bearing capacity at site as 10 T/sqmtr., by PCC Base foundation having (L-1000mm x W 1000mm x H-100mm) & RCC foundation having dimention [L-500mm x W- 500mm x (H-1200mm-below the GL & 200mm-above the GL)] including neatly cemented finish (3mm thick) above ground level. There should be multiple alkathene pipes upto 1.2 mtrs of 50 mm dia of adequate length for distribution of incoming & outgoing cables for street light wiring as directed by EIC in the CC foundation of octagonal poles.

S&F 40NB (as per IS 1161) Class 'B' pipe 1.5 mtr. long detachable type G.I. Single arm bracket, suitable for pole head. The arm bracket shall be properly welded with 4 mm. thick stifner plate of pole sleeve for strengthening incl. properly fixing arrangement with the pole by bolts, nuts and washer as per direction of EIC.
