Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone and concrete wall /Ceilling etc including raking out joints haking for key scrubbing down with water etc in any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only here-in-after).

M&L for prepration of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying three coats of lime wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepration of old decorated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of lime wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only here-in-after).

Supply only Integral water proofing compound of apporved make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, Type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the likes; with and including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed

M&L 150 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2, (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in hardstanding, paths, pavings etc with and including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming 20mm thick contraction/expansion joints for 150 mm thick cement concrete paved path/hardstanding, filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A' complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling structural steel work including door, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair expanded metal/hard drawn steel wire febric of square mesh size 30mm x 30mm with diameter of wire not less than 2.5mm, cut to length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples supplied and fixed complete to steel members complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth, not otherwise described and apply two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed..

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, arches etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brickwork with subclass `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1: 6 all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated materials rock/ concrete slab exc 1.50 Km but not exc 5.00 km and deposite where complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of average thickness 150mm, M15 with minimum cement content of 250 kg per cum using 25mm graded stone aggregate or as per design mix, spread, rolled and cosolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary machenical sensor paver tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but n,exc 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excces quantity of cement than the minimum is use/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (b):- DLC shall beas per MORTH specification as detailed in particular specification

Supply and laying dry clean sand spreading, leveling in layers 10mm thick consolidated complete all as specified and directed. Note: Sand for filling shall 1.18mm single size and sand shall pass 100% through 2.36mm sieve and shall be 100% retain on 600 micron sieve

M & L for Polythene film (transparent colour) in single layer of 400 micron thickness, virgin quality as per ASTM D2103/IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not less than 150mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Measurement shall be taken for net area and unit rate quoted shall deemed to include for over lapping. (b):- Sand layer will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule

M&L for Pavment Quality cement concrete (PQC) work in pavemnt of flexural strength 44 kg/sqcm (lower control limit-LCL) in field using minimum 400kg of cement per cubic metre or as per design mix, mixed with and including traingular/ Non circular synthetic polyster fibre reinforcement @ 0.25% by weigth of cement, spread and compacted by using slip form paver, thickness of concrete 200mm to 330mm as per site requirement all as specified including necessary form work, finishing by brooming / belting, curing etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) Construction joints / dummy joints and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (c) Cost of admixtures . fibers to maintain as required by design mix is deemed shall be paid as supply only here-in-after

Supply only polyster non circular/ triangular synthetic fibers 6/12mm long with circle diameter 30-35 micron design for melting point 240-260 degree celcius and having specific gravity of 1.34 to 1.4 recon complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming construction/expansion joint, 24mm deep amd 8mm wide (using diamond cutter) provision polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown on drowing and all specified and directed. Note:- (a) The make of polyethylene rod shall be of brand " DURA board HD 100" manufactured by M/S Supreme Industries Ltd or equivalent of makes listed here-in-after. (b) The polyethylene rod shall be of desired diameter having minimum density of 22kg/cum and compression strength of 0.40kg/sqm 25% greater than the joint width, of white colour (c) Primer to be used before filling sealant (d) Edge shall be bevelled and jointed cut within 24 hours using diamond bit cutters of Bosch or equivalent used for cutting green concrete

M&L for forming contraction (Dummy) joints, cutting 100mm deep with 3mm width as initial cutting and secondary cutting of 25mm deep from the top and 8mm wide using diamond cutter to accommodate polyethylene backup sheet 12mm thick filled with polyurethane sealant (Minimum depth of sealant above potythelene sheet shall be of 10mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and EN 141875- 2003 (for hydrolysis/ water resistance test) priming the sites, with minimum MAF + 30% (with ten years performance guarantee) and appying masking tape on edges of joint to prevant accidantal spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as specified and directed. M&L for cleaning of static water tanks of any capacity and size using tanker mounted truck with suction pump set of required discharge capacity fitted with vehicle with and including manually scrapping deposited material such as algae, moss, dead leaves, silt, stones etc from walls and floor complete and discharging the collected material to a distance not exceeding 5 km radius from work place with and including applying two coats of lime wash on entire internal surfaces of tank complete all as specified and as directed.
