Supply and install a 6-core, 7.5 mm armoured fiber optic cable (2400 glass yarn) approx. 8KM from the Andhra Power House building to dam site Gushali of Andhra Power House, securely stacked along undamaged existing power poles. Where poles are unavailable, fasten the cable safely to trees using UV-resistant clamps or ties. Ensure mechanical safety during outdoor exposure, maintaining a minimum bend radius of 75 mm (short-term) and 150 mm (long-term), and provide extra cable loops at both ends for future use.

Install GWN7830 Layer 3 managed switches on both sides of the fiber link, equipped with 4 pairs of 1.25G BiDi SFP modules (TX/RX 1310 nm/1550 nm or vice versa) for single-fiber gigabit uplinks, 1 pair of 10G BiDi SFP+ modules (TX 1270 nm/RX 1330 nm or reverse) for high-speed connections, and copper SFP transceivers 02 Nos. for short-distance Cat6/6A Ethernet connectivity.

Deploy approximately 6 fiber joint boxes along the cable path for intermediate splicing and install 2 termination racks for SPC connector terminations. Perform fiber splicing and termination inside weatherproof, moisture-sealed enclosures to ensure reliable signal quality and long-term durability in varying environmental conditions and 1 Nos. Use LC-LC or LC-SC fiber patch cords based on SFP compatibility, and manage connections with structured patch panels. Conduct OTDR and power-level tests after installation to verify signal integrity, document cable length and joint locations, and ensure proper live camera feed functionality.

NVR and Display System Setup Install a 32-channel NVR with a 4TB HDD at the power house, connected to two 32-inch Full HD displays for simultaneous live camera viewing. Mount the NVR, GWN7830 switch, and other accessories inside a 4U wall-mount rack (e.g., Welkar or RAISE) with a lockable front door, ventilation, and integrated power sockets. Include all necessary accessories such as HDMI cables, mouse, and power adapters in a secure and organized configuration.

Provide six months of free maintenance after installation, covering breakage or faults in the OFC cable. Any failure in guaranteed uptime due to negligence or improper installation will result in deductions from the security deposit to ensure accountability.
