1. MPS-1: Renovation, up-gradation and commissioning of existing MPS having capacity of 5.00 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 at existing STP Jhajjar Road Charkhi Dadri including following component: 1.1 INLET CHAMBER: Renovation and up-gradation of existing inlet chamber including following works: 1.1A Desilting and cleaning of inlet chamber 1.1B Restoration of damaged walls and chamber 1.1C Removal of existing damaged Bar screen, sluice gate from the chamber compelete in all respect. 1.1D Providing and fixing of suitable size (as per design) 2 manual coarse screen, 2 sluice gate valves along with all civil / mechanical / electric arrangement which ever required for making functional the screen and sluice gate valves. 1.1E Removal of corroded existing hand rail from the chamber complete in all respect 1.1F Providing and fixing 1.00 m high SS 304 hand rail on top of the wall. (Weight of the railing should be 7.80 kg per running m). Length of Railing: 24 m 1.2 WET WELL SUMP: Renovation and up-gradation of existing wet well sump including following works: 1.2A Desilting and cleaning of inlet chamber 1.2B Restoration of damaged walls and chamber 1.2C Removal of existing damaged mannual and mechanical Coarse screens along with sluice gate valves from the sump compelete in all respect. 1.2D Providing and fixing of suitable size (as per design) 1 mechanical coarse screen, 1 manual coarse screen, 2 sluice gate valves along with all civil / mechanical / electric arrangement which ever required for making functional the screen and sluice gate valves. 1.2E Removal of corroded existing hand rail from the sump complete in all respect 1.2F Providing and fixing 1.00 m high SS 304 hand rail on top of the wall. (Weight of the railing should be 7.80 kg per running m). Length of Railing: 20 m 1.2G Providing and fixing 0.60 m wide SS 304 ladder in sump from top to screen slab. 1.2H Disconnection of the flow going toward old abandoned MPS including excavation, refilling the earth in trench, removal of extra earth, plugging existing pipe with CC 1:1.5:3 block and connecting the flow to the MPS complete in all respect. 1.3 MPS: Renovation and up-gradation of existing MPS including following works: 1.3A Desilting and cleaning of MP complete in all respect. 1.3B Restoration of damaged walls of MPS 1.3C Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead. (On top of MPS) 1.3D Removal of existing installed pumping machineries alongwith all accessories complete in all respect. 1.3E Providing, fixing and commissioning of 5 non clog sewage submersible pumping sets ie. 1 of 10500 LPM, 2 of 3500 and 2 of 1800 LPM having minimum head of 20 m along with making all arrangement, suitablesize LT panel boards, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank, suitable size cable from LT panel to pumps complete in all respect. 1.3F Provision for Structural bridge for handling the pumps on MPS in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (Built up with Channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm and MS flat 40 x 5 mm) 1.3G Providing and fixing 1.00 m high SS 304 hand rail on top of the wall.Length of Railing: 30 m 1.4 EWQMS (Effluent water quality monitoring system): Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning, Operation and Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of effluent quality monitoring system at 7.500 MLD capacity STP for online (continuous) measurement of PH, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD) by single analyzer with various sensors (spectral measurement in the UV-VIS range 200-720mm) performing reagent and chemical free analysis with automatic cleaning of censor, signal cables and power cables, local data acquisition and display of data on continuous basis for up linking the data to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED, TUV approved complete in all respect as per Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) guidelines for online continuous monitoring system for effluents complete in all respect. 1.4.1 Multi-parameter measuring converter, for connecting up to 18 intelligent sensors Scope including 8 analog inputs / outputs (4 inputs and 4 outputs) (0/4-20Ma), wide- range power supply Optical COD/BOD and TSS probe with spectral processing of the UV-VIS range, for measurement in the outlet / effluent of 7.50 MLD capacity STP with integrated with automatic cleaning complete in all respect. 1.4.2 Robust digital pH/ORP sensor for pH/ORP electrodes, with built-in pre-amplifier and temperature sensor with Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) Cable length 100 Meter icomplete in all respect. 1.4.3 Sensor adapter cable for all intelligent sensors, with IP68 water proof connection to the intelligent Sensor Net system. Cable length 100 meter (minimum) icomplete in all respect. 1.4.4 Data transfer to CPCB, HSPCB and PHED servers icomplete in all respect. 1.4.5 Providing GSM 3G, 4G modem with mobile network connectivity including network icomplete in all respect. 1.5 CC TV CAMERA: Providing and Installing 8 CCTV Cameras (4 Cameras for STP and 2 Camera at each MPS-1 and MPS-2 Tikona park) within 96 hours of signing the agreement along with 120 days recording (DVR), 48 inch LED Screen, 16 Channel DVR at STP and MPS Site with connectors, cables, poles and power supply with online real-time output facility. The cameras at all 3 sites i.e. MPS-1 at STP campus, MPS-2 at Tikona Park and STP shall be synchronized at STP site complete in all respect. 1.5.1 PTZ speed dome 360 degree 50X zoom camera, CP Plus Internet Protocol minimum 5 MP WDR, Night vision color mode, IR range up to 150 m. CCTV Cameras should be installed and commissioned before starting of the work.Make: Sony / Canon / Panasonic / Samsung
1.6 CRADIT FOR OLD DISMENTALLED MATERIAL: 1.6.1 3 old non clog sewage submerseble pumping machineries along with dismentalled specials, cable, panle boards etc. 1.6.2 1 old mechanical Coarse screen along with dismentalled specials etc. 1.6.3 2 bar screen, 2 sluice gates along with dismentalled specials etc. 1.6.4 Dismentalled MS Jal, corroded MS hand rails dismentalled from inlet chamber, wet well sump and MPS 1.6.5 2 no centrifuge pumps alongwith all component, wire, cable complete in all respect.
SEWERAGE TREATMENT PLANT : 1. STP 7.50 MLD: Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of 7.50 MLD capacity Sewage Treatment Plant based on Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) Technology complete in all respect including Electrical, Mechanical, Piping and Instrumentation work with PLC and SCADA arrangement at STP integrated with MPS at STP campus, MPS at Tikona Park and proposed STP complete in all respect as per specifications mentioned in attached additional documents. 1.1 RAW SEWAGE: Conveyance of raw sewage from MPS to inlet chamber of STP through suitable size (as per design) DI pipe along with cost of DI pipe, sluice valves, specials, material and labour complete in all respect. 1.2 SLUDGE SUMP and PUMP HOUSE: Construction of new pump house including air blower, Centriguge feed pump, piping network, Polyelectrolyte Dosing System, electric and mechanical fixtures, panem boards complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Only the existing civil structure of the sump will be used after restoration of damaged plaster, walls, floors,air grid system as per dseign including coarse Bubble Air Grid made from HDPE / UPVC Pipes, Air Blower Assembly and all orther components complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.3 CENTRIFUGE HOUSE: The existing Centrifuge house will be used along with provisions: Providing and installing 2 No. centrifuges as per design (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including, all fittings, instrumentations, electric panel board etc. Renovation / repair of existing centrifuge house including restoration of damaged plaster, walls, roof, floors,paint and electic fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.4 PIPE FROM CHLORINE CONTACT TANK TO COLLECTING TANK: Provision for suitable size DI / HDPE pipe along with bye pass arrangement up to existing pond including sluice valves, specials, excavation and material complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. 1.5 ANNEXE BLOCK: Renovation / repair of existing Annexe block including restoration of damaged plaster, walls, roof, floors, inbuilt cabinates, almirah, doors, windows, paint, sanitry and electic fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (The material, shape, size and grade of restoration work shall as per exists at site.) 1.6 STAFF QUARTER: Renovation / repair of existing Annexe block, including restoration of damaged plaster, walls, roof, floors, inbuilt cabinates, almirah, doors, windows, paint, sanitry and electic fixtures etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (The material, shape, size and grade of restoration work shall as per exists at site.) 1.7 2 No. High Mast of 9 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness (T=100 mm, B=200mm, Base Plate = 320 x 320 x 20 mm), Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 6 No. LED suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole, 12 no. LED outdoor light with 6 m. high GI pole along road / path including cable and all accessories complete in all respect.
Operation during defect liability period: Operation after successfull completion of 3 month trial run period for complete scope of work covered under this contract complete in all respect as per as per OandM schedule and approved DNIT. The amount will be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate.
OandM during 1st. year: Operation and maintenance for complete scope of work covered under this contract complete in all respect as per as per OandM schedule and approved DNIT. The amount will be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate.
OandM during 2nd. year: Operation and Maintenance for complete scope of work covered under this contract complete in all respect as per as per OandM schedule and approved DNIT. The amount will be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate.
