Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating , 11/0.433 KV, three phase, 50 HZ, outdoor type, Dynll, ONAN, copper wound distribution transformer with off load tap changing arrangement on HV side in steps of ± 2.5%, ± 5%, ± 7.5% complete with all accessories viz. Buchholz relay for Alarm & Trip, Marshalling Box for alarm and trip, Conservator, oil & winding temperature indicators, magnetic oil level indicator, lifting lugs, earthing studs, name plate and winding connections diagram and Bi-directional rollers etc. The transformer to be designed for an ambient temperature of 45C and winding temperature rise of 50C over ambient. Transformer to be as per IS 2026 Part I to Part V power transformer including first filling of filtered dehydrated transformer oil and conforming to IS 2026 (Part II & 5) of 1977 (Make Bharti Engineers/ Electric field/SURYA) 100 KVA

Supply installation testing and commissioning of following rating,415 volts,50 HZ MCCB/ACB with following breaking capacity in existing cubicle outdoor type panel to be mounted along with the substation on a suitable foundation with nuts and bolts (Make Haveels/Legrand/I.A/L&T/E.E/HPL) 400 AMP TPN 35 KA

Supply of sawaged type steel tubular pole of following height duly painted with two coats of red oxide and two coats of silver paint made of Mild Steel conforming to IS 2713 part III of 1980 designated as 410 SP15 panted in 1.5 m deep pole pit to be dug for the purpose, welded with (300x300x6) mm base plate at bottom filling back the pit with cement concrete (excluding the cost of CC). The pole shall be provided with suitable clamps for fixing the cross arms/ M.S. channels. The planting depth of the pole shall be 1.5 mtr& height above Ground level shall be 7.50 mtr. The length of the bottom, middle and top sections shall be 5 mtr, 2 mtr& 2 mtr. The outer dia and thickness of the sections shall be (139.7x4.50) mm, (114.3x3.65) mm & (88.9x3.25) mm respectively. Exacavation pole pit of size 2’x2’x5’ and filling cement concrete 1:3:6(1Cement:3 Coarse sand:6Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% bolders around the pole upto ground level and cement concrete bottoming above G.L.(1 ½ dia, and 1 ½ height) including cast of Earth work, shuttering and curing etc complete.

Providing & Fixing of channel iron 75mm x 40mm x 7.14 kg per metre, pole top bracket cross arm for overhead line conductor complete with (50x6)mm flat iron clamps, bolts, nuts including drilling holes for pin insulators, link set and lightning arrestor and take off points etc. painting with primer and finish paint.

Providing fixing testing and commissioning of heavy duty 11 KV station type lightening arrestor set of three piece non linear resistor, suitable for 3 wire, 11KV overhead lines with rated voltage 9KV (rms) with normal discharge current rating of 5KA complete with G.I clamping arrangement G.I bolts, nuts washers etc as required. Supply installation testing and commissioning of post type/ Horn gap type 11KV Triple Pole drop fuse unit fitted with fuse element. (D.O. Set)

Supply of ACSR weasel conductor of required aluminum and steel strands including binding etc. as required as per IS O 398 part 2

Supply of ACSR DOG conductor of required aluminum and steel strands including binding etc. as required as per IS O 398 part 2

Supply errection and testing of 100x80 mm LV/MV/pin type insulator complete with G.I spindle and nuts etc as required(ISI Marked)

Supply and erection of Stay Set complete with 19/20 mm dia 1.8 meter long stay rod, Anchor plate of 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm, thimble stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/3.15 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 foundation including excavation and refitting etc as required.

Earthing with G.I earth plate 600x600x6 mm thick including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supply laying 6 SWG earth wire on surface/recess for loop earthing.

Supply & laying 25X5MM of G.I strip on surface/recess for connection.

Supply of following size of single core XLPE insulated power cable of 1.1 KV grade including end termination excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. (Make Havells/CCI/Ecko) 240 Sqmm

Providing fixing hexagonal/ring type/cradle type guard netting under H.T line with suitable size angle iron

Providing & laying PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) with 20% boulder for construction of platform of size (5x8x4 ft.) for Electric sub-station and 1ft below ground including cost of earth work , shuttering and curing etc. complete.

Supply and errection of 30 Amp Aerial fuse complete as required

Providing & fixing M.V danger plate of (200x150)mm made of Mild Steel at least 2mm thick and vitreous enameled white on both side and with inscription in single red colour on front side as required

Providing & fixing brass lock type clamps/thimbles of required size for L.T/H.T transformer bushings

Supply& installation of flat iron braced (50x6) mm as per the site requirement.

Supply& fixing of 20mm dia G.I pipe for street light bracket including bending to shape, (40x3) mm flat iron clamp and wiring with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated wire complete as required.

Providing & fixing iron fencing around the transformer alongwith the angle iron approximately 2’ height above the transformer bed/platform including painting.
