Receiving / recording complaints under Sub Stn no. 1 of Old Cantt Power house for LT/HT UG /OH electric distribution network and comprehensive maintenance by attendng daily complaints including Sunday and other holidays for round the clock and making the same serviceable in all respects alongwith replacement of any major part, with complete tool and plants as required at site, adhesive tape and other connected minor accessories shall also include to visual inspection of OH lines, Earth Resistance of transformer, switch gear, GOD switch etc. Quoted rate also include excavation of faulty cable are making seviceable with accessories of all nature like No light, faulty insulator, broken conductor & cable fault, burnt out MCCB's, MCBs, isolators. switch fuses, service cables etc upto DB in buildings/OTM in AOR of Sub stn No.1 complete all as directed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. Note 'A' - (i) Any complaint left unattended by the electrician shall be communicated to the JE in-charge /AGE E/M with reason No charge shall be paid for the complaint per day till the complaint is resolved. (ii) New material /stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ili) Contractor shall provide all type of T&P of LT network, bamboo ladder (23 Feet) with safety eqpts to each electrician for attending the external electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register 200 pages - 02 No, complaint book with 100 slips- 4 No. Booklets serially numbered in triplicate. (v) Contractor shall provide Experienced team consisting skilled Electrician & helpers having adequate knowledge of working on HT/LT Lines complaints. (vi) The Contractor shall provide insurance cover of minimum Rs 5 lakh per head under I Rules 2003 and Minimum wages Act. (vii) The team deployed by the contractor will be interview by JE E/M /Engr-in-charge for verification of experience, character and sound mind and body. (vi) Cost of materials for laying of cables, stretching of OH conductor, burnt out joints, fuse wires, insulator and jumper shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items as Material & Labour. Notes applicable to Schedule ‘A’ :- (i) The items considered in this Schedule ‘A’ are for fault rectification and maintenance of HT infrastructure at Patiala Military Station. The rates quoted shall deemed to be included this aspect. (ii) The fault in HT electric supply system and requisite maintenance shall be intimated any time round the clock to the contractor through complaint slip and/or telephonically by the representative of GE and same must be rectified by the contractor within 02 hours of intimation. Contractor will arrange immidiately additional manpower and equipments to rectify the complaint with his own arrangement.

Cutting/trimming/pruning of tree branches around the HT 11 KV overhead lines at any height 3 metre clearance alround from the external conductors and removing the same from site and depositing at places within the Cantt area complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit for measurement and payment for this item is “Each span” irrespective of number of conductors in over head line. (ii) Contractor will inform prior to JE/AGE for the schedule of prunning work and shall take a shutdown for the work. Necessary safety eqpt and tools will be contractors own arrangement

Material & Labour for Painting of PCC poles 11 mtr long pole upto 1.5 mtr from ground level to be painted with 30 cm height each in black and Red colour alternatively, total of 5 Nos commisioning from the top to PCC coping and marking pole No with paint as per approved pattern complete all as specified and directed (Note:-Size of numbering letter shall be 50 mm high and 10 mm wide.)

Material & Labour for Painting of cross arm and MS channel , nut bolts, clamps etc on HT two Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for Painting of cross arm and MS channel, nut bolts, clamps etc on HT four Pole Structure of 11 Mtr Long after preparing/Scrapping the metal surface with emery sheet in all respect for making smooth surface and painted with one coat of primer and two coats of aiuminium paint.

Material & Labour forr Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 15mm dia GI pipe light grade for projection of earth lead, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground to the depth of not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate or a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level connected to GI strip 32 x 6mm as earth lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts check nuts and washers and necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded brick aggregate for earth pit RCC cover , charcoal & common salt filled in alternate layers funnel with 20mm bore light grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI pipe light grade for protection of GI strip, wire mesh and connected to earth point including testing on all as specified and shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part I.

Supply & Fix in repalacement Anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS flat 40mmx6mm in two parts with 14 Nos 250mm long 12mm dia MS bars (round, square and flat) conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole, with & including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling and taking down old ACSR conductor/GI earth wire of any size from poles of HT overhead lines including disconnection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for ACSR conductor Weasel to dog (6/1/2.59 to 6/1/4.72) any size to be drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including stringing, stretching, binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Contractor will liable to arrange the boards "MEN AT WORK" near the execution site for laying ACSR conductors.

Material & labour for preparing old painted surface of distribution/ power transformer outdoor/ indoor/ pole mounted of capacity 25 to 160 KVA by cleaning, removing the old paint by scratching with wire brush etc and applying with spray machine two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour on external surfaces of the transformer and writing of letter HT / LT or HV / LV and SM / MES Nos including disconnecting and making electric connections complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The compressure / spray machine and other required necessary equipments shall be arranged by the contractor and quoted rates shall be inclusive of this aspect.

All as per Srl Item No 11.00 here-in-before but capacity 200 to 315 KVA.

Material & Labour for provision of transformer plinth of size 2.5 x 2.5 mtrs complete with fencing PCC foundation, RCC Slab and gravel filling all around all as shown TD-251 Sheet 1/1.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of switch Air break, Gang operated with 12 insulator switch Triple pole, mechanicaly operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, for current rating 200 Amp operating Voltage 11 KV out door, vertical mounted type, complete with locking arrengement, assembly with fuse mount carrier and fuse element of required capacity and isolator suitable for 11 KV including necessary electric connection and 11 KV fuse (drop out type) of capacity as required at site and directed by Engr-in-Charge, with DO fuses assembly and one number operating rod of 25 mm dia bore medium grade GI pipe of suitable length, worked out from ground level and handle complete with lock and two Nos keys incl flat iron clamp 50mm x 6mm MS channel of suitable size & length for fixing GOD including nut, bolt, washers including taking down existing unservicable set all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/loose soil and clearing away all grass vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brushwood, undergrowth, roots, and trees not exceeding 30 cm girth (measured one metre above ground level) surrounding Transformers, LT Panels, 02 Pole structures, 04 Pole Structures, 11 KV structure etc at various sub stations / E&M installations and removing rubbish upto a distance exc 200m & not exc 250m outside the periphery of the area under clearance complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing HT cable route indicator of cast iron not less than 100mm dia fixed through welding angle iron support of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm thick, 50 cm long including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer along HT trench including planting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 60 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrestor Non Linear metal oxide type conform to IS 3070 (part I) complete with all fittings transmission classes discharge Capacity 65 KA suitable for 11 KV out door type complete all as specified and directed including taking down the unserviceable LA. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, , 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix HT disc type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator, size 145mm high and 255mm dia, ball and socket type with tension clamp for conductor, for working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, , 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 typeB-1 using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate as in copping/form work/plinth etc complete all as specified and directed .

Material & Labour for Paint to existing LT panel board/sub stations door shutters/ fencing of sub stations of any type complete with two coat of weather proof synthetic enamel spray paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preperation of the surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix smooth natural stone river pebbles of size 40 to 50 mm oval/round in shape for sub stations, under the two pole or four pole structure as per directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Fix outdoor type 11 KV bus bar chamber of capacity 200 Amp with on / off lever for joining 3 core HT cable with 3.15 mm thick sheet MS angle iron section 40 x 40 x6mm frame pto 60 cm, CRCA powder coated sheet metal enclosre with IP-66 protection, locking arrangement and commissioning properly by PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, in replacement, aluminium lugs for HT / LT cable including cutting of worn out aluminium cable terminal lugs from the cable, crimping of new aluminium cable core including necessary excavation and making good the surfaces complete all as specified and directed.Size of Cable:- 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm..

Supply & Fix for Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core, XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70 to 95 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.30 above but of size 120 to 185 Sqmm.

All as per item No.30 above but of size 240 to 300 sqmm.

Supply and fixing in replacement fire fighting stand of MS angle and sheet (canopy type) of capacity 6 fire buckets, fire beater, fire axe, fire hooks and for keeping of 04 Nos of fire extiguisher of various capacities including marking at the top "FIRE" duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over base primer. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Clean Agent 2 Kg capacitry Fire Extinguisher with initial charge complete with wall fixing bracket. The extinguisher shall conform to IS 940 and have Certification mark engraved. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of CO2 4.5kg capacity Fire Extinguisher made from seamless steel cylinder with initial charge complete with wall fixing bracket. The extinguisher shall conform to IS2878 and have certification mark engraved. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and installation testing and commissioning of DCP 6kg capacitry Fire Extinguisher with brass forging cap, 120 Gms CO2 gas cartridge inner container, hose and plain nozzle supplied with initial charge complete with wall fixing bracket. The extinguisher shall conform to IS 2171 and have Certificate mark engraved. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of Mechanical foam type 9 ltrs capacitry Fire Extinguisher (AFFF Concentrate) with upright operation with air induction nozzle, 60Gms CO2 gascartridge supplied with initial charge complete with wall fixing bracket. The extinguisher shall conform to IS10204 and have Certification mark engraved. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fire beaters colour coated metal of mild steel, standard size as per electric norms and specification Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix fire hooks colour coated of mild steel of standard size as per electric norms and specification Complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 11 KV high voltage high quality insulating mats with excellent electrical insulation and mechanical properties to resist impact, tears or punctures when protecting workers on LV/HV switchgears, mats 2.5 mm thick (2 x 1 mtr) of sizes for all kinds of sub stations operating HT, LT switchgears, control panels, transformer room, battery room, generator rooms and for bus bar panels conforming to IS 15652 : 2006. Complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of pipe, cable, foundation of electric pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spreading fine sand in trenches for cushioning of under ground cable/filling of cable ducts all as directed by Engr-in-Charge at site. Note:- Only punned thickness 18 cm shall be measured for payment purpose complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type 1, flat, size 300 mm X 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing HT XLPE cable, cross section area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, 11000 V, screened, PVC 'E' grade insulated bedded, galvanised steel (heavy duty ) strip or wire armoured with aluminium conductor, pressure earthed system, conforming to IS 7098 (Part-1 ) 1977 and Part-II of 1985, laid in pipes / ducts / trenches, under floor and roads or fixed to wall etc including taking out old unserviceable cable, any type, complete all as specified and directed.
