Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement: 6 sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in Foundation and plinth

Precast chequred tiles 22 mm thick of specified sizes laid in floors treads of steps and landings on a bed of 25mm average thickness of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles (wherever required) including rubbing and polishing complete with tiles of following shade. 50% Grey & 50% Red

Painting two costs (excluding priming cost on new steel and other metal surfaces eith enamel paint brushin to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foregin matters:- Enamel paint other than white
