Supply of materials and outsourcing of labours -(As per CPWD specifications 2009 as well as approved by the Site Incharge.)

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building /structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Restoration of damaged, decayed , worn out and missing brick structure members using special size lakhauri bricks (19cm x 14.50 cm x4 cm) in lime surkhi mortar in 1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand) matching with existing ancient texture of structures very slowly and carefully including cost of labours, materials,T&P, curing etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 20 mm thick lime plaster to the outer and inner surface of the walls, parapet wall etc in lime surkhi mortar in proportion 1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand ) layer by layer very slowly and carefully to match with the existing plaster after raking out joints ,curing including cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing weathered / Damaged lime concrete from floor manual mean using small hand hammer and chisel only without damaging the structure including disposal of material within 200mtrs lead including cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge

Providing 7.50 cm thick brick ballast (20mm to 40mm) in the foundation of floor including making surface, ramming, consolidating and grouting with fine sand cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.etc complete.

Laying lime concrete using 50 % mortar of proportion 1:1:1 ( 1 lime putty :1 surkhi :1 sand ) with 20 mm nominal size brick aggregate including ramming, maintaining proper gradient, cost of materials, labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of debris/malwa such as dead lime plaster, concrete, stone block etc. from work spot to suitable dumping place by mechanical load including loading & unloading , carriage and cleaning of area , cost of labours and T&P etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.
