Supply and filling of available moorum within campus including bringing from borrow pits by excavation, carriage , loading & unloading at site including spreading in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with ½ tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and dressing up in embankments . Actual area and depth of compacted soil shall be measured for payment.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead lead with campus. All kinds of soil. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead with campus and lift up to 1.5 m. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) . Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). Note:- Excess/less cement over the specified cement content used is payable /recoverable separately. Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. Providing and fixing Foundation mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete. Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, MS Plates and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Extra for Hydraulic Bending to roofing Steel section up to 75mm as per the architecture drawing using hydraulic bending machine including making sample, transportation etc. ( weight of steel to be measure under steel item) Only finished & fixed at site members shall be measured for payments. Damaged pipe during bending will not consider for Payment. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Providing and fixing grade M4.6 bolts including nuts and washers complete. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Providing and fixing carbon steel galvanized ( minimum coating 5 micron) dash fastener of 10 mm dia double threaded 6.8 grade (yield strength 480 N/mm2), counter sunk head, comprising of 10 mm dia polyamide PA 6 grade sleeve, including drilling of hole in frame , concrete/ masonry, etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.) 10 x 160 mm

Providing & fixing Sky light roofing Polycarbonate Multi wall sheet 10mm thick tuflite/ Lexan or equivalent make of approved colour & approved sample including curvature a sper drawing. Sheet shall be fixed on existing MS frame work with required Dome shape anodized extruded section both side with EPDM Gaskets, baker rod, nut & bolts, waster etc complete .After fixing sheet gaps shall be filled with heavy duty DOW weather proof silicone sealant 688 Grade DOW or equivalent make with adhesive removeable abro tape both side with all safety , labour insurance, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Upto 5mm depth and 5 mm width.(Rate including of all taxes, wastage, GST, material, labour scaffolding, Cleaning site after work, etc complete. )

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work. ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) .( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. Providing repairing & Shifting Fire Pipe up to 5 mtr including excavation , cutting by gas cutter, fixing by welding with Flange , nut, bolts as per site requirement etc complete. Providing and fixing precoated galvanized iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineering- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. Providing and fixing aluminum round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge Anodized (AC 15 ) aluminum . ( Rate including of all taxes, GST, Material , labour , insurance, safety precaution, etc nothing extra shall be payable.)

Providing and fixing ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished with necessary screws etc. complete : 125x65x2.12 mm Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing aluminum tower bolts, ISI marked, anodized (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 9.97.1 300x10 mm. Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminum grill (anodized transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P.brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm center to center, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodized aluminum standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment). Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.

Repairing Road Joints at IISER Pune.

Providing and filling in position bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg. of hot bitumen, 1 kg. of cement and 0.25 cubic meter of coarse sand for expansion joints including removing of existing loose material from road joints, cleaning the joints, filling of fillers with well rammed, finished at road level etc complete. Quoted rate shall be including cost of material , labour , lead , lift , tools , taxes etc complete. Nothing extra shall be paid seperatly.
