Design, Manufacturing, Supply, replacement/installation, testing and commissioning of 4 mm thick poly carbonate sheet with glare free face including letters and symbols. including cutting to size, printing/lettering, fixing with required nuts, bolts, clamps or frames, alignment, cleaning, and disposal of dismantled material, complete in all respects. The letters and symbols shall be internally pasted/ screen printed with required coloring for illuminated guidance signages. The signages face shall be as per ICAO/DGCA CAR and confirming to technical specifications. (legends shall be as approved by Engineer‐in‐charge).

Providing and laying cement concrete of 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) base/footing around ground signage including shuttering, curing, backfilling with excavated soil, compaction, including excavation around foundation, removal of loose/damaged concrete, and restoration to original condition, complete in all respects as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 Meter long etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
