Demolition of RCC water tank of capacity 500ltrs capacity over roof including making good surface of roof with PCC 1:2 :4 and plaster and throw away the debris from the site including speration of rusted iron complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames including shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) not exceeding 1.50 Sqm each and removing from site, complete all as specified.

Taking out unserviceable PVC insulated/sheathed sub main wiring with 2 single core aluminium conductor cable of size upto 10 Sqmm on wooden batten/PVC conduits complete with battens/conduits and shall be removed from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting/dismantling of old existing un serviceable DB's any way 240/415 Volts with their old/un serviceable burnt MCBs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq mm, PVC insulated, FRLS,single core, copper conductor cable, 1100 Volt grade, multi stranded drawn through and including medium grade Rigid non metalic PVC conduit conealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with all necessary accessories for the following controlled by one switch with and including continuous 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated single core copper conductor cable earth continuity conductor connected to common earth and earth dolly, in the modular flush boxes etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Make of cable: Havells/Finolex/Polycab and Make of conduit: Precision/Finolex/Modi/Bajaj plast.
