MARKING OF ROAD LANE AND FIXING OF ROAD STUD (CAT EYE) IN FACTORY, KURUL AND KIHIM TOWNSHIPS AT RCF THAL.
Providing and applying hot applied thermoplastic road marking material with glass beads extremely high skid resistance 2.5 mm thick without primer coat (Tack coat) on Asphalt road surface. All labour, materials, with special aggregates as specified in B.S. part-I & II 1989 and carrying out the marking on any road in center line and other marking continious or intermitten 10cm. or 15cm width also pedestrians crossing strips as well as spraying further quantity of glass beads of type Il uniformly into a mono layer on to the hot paint line in quick succession of the paint spraying opration @ 250gms per Sq.M. area as directed and as per BS/ MOST specifications in white / yellow colour.
Suppply & Fixing Road stud (Cat Eyes) size 100mmx100mmx16 to 20mm thick, heavy duty body made of poly-carbonate moulded body with electronically welded prismatic lens on both sides for maximum reto reflection in wet and dry condition and stud to be fixed on road surface using with bituminous adhesive as per procedure recommended by the manufacturer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.
