SCHEDULE ‘A’ PART-I (EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION)

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV / LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire with on load tap changer on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit, all as per IS:2026 of capacity 250 KVA . (Make : Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar Electric, Bhel or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

Material and labour for earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt with and including earth work complete all as required and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 300 sq mm 3½ core.(Make : Havells, Cabcom and KEI Industries or equivalent)

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. (Make : Havells, Cabcom and KEI Industries or equivalent)

Providing and fixing MCCB 250 Amps, TP, breaking capacity 25 KA, with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.(Make : Havells, Legrand and L&T or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

Providing and fixing MCCB 100 Amps, TP, breaking capacity 16 KA, with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.(Make : Havells, Legrand and L&T or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 meter

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in foundation, staging etc. including form work etc. as required

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation, staging etc. including form work etc. as required.

Providing brick work (in width 225 mm or more) with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing 15 mm thick cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) at all levels.

Supplying, installation,testing and commissioning of Astronomical time switch of following configuration to be mounted in feeder pillars / Lighting DBs for automatic switching On & OFF of street lights at sun set & sun rise or twilight(Auto ON, Auto OFF, Auto modes) with manual override facility with 12/24 hour display format with suitable battery and indication for relay status i/c programming at site complete suitable for 3 output (1out put per phase) and suitable for three phase supply .

Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified type 410 SP-22 (8.5 metres long) including foundation & coping complete (Make : Quality Steel products, Kanpur/Vidya Steel Co Howrah, 2713-1980, Sewaged type steel tubes confirming to grade Y st 240 or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

Supply and fix environmental friendly LED street light fitting 30 Watts 5700K suitable for fixing in 40mm dia GI pipe made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and mounting complete. (Make : Havells, Phillips Bajaj or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of 40 mm dia x 2.00 meter long G.I. pipe (medium class) bracket for mounting of LED street light fitting on pole including bending the pipe to the required shape, 2 Nos. 40 mm x 3 mm flat iron clamps with nuts, bolts and washer, painting the flat iron with primer and finish paint etc. as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size up to 35 Sqmm direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc. as required. (Make : Havells, Cabcom and KEI Industries or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)

M & L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 6 sqmm 4 core (Make : Havells, Cabcom and KEI Industries or equivalent as approved by HQ DGAR)
