M & L in replacement for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones of Post Office RED Colour and fixed on LT Poles with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of required size, for 440 Volts LT of size 200 X 150mm complete including taking down existing onecomplete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for route tracing of LT UG cables under ground/road from one end to another end of cable, size upto 300 sqmm including taking shut down and opening the cable from both side of Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB/Transformer etc and re-terminated the same cable in the same Bus Bar Panel/LT Panel/MCCB/ACB etc according to existing system after completion of route tracing work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix in replacement of Cable Route Marker made up of Cast Iron of dia 80 mm and thickness 4.65 mm with supporting angle iron of size 20 x 20 x 3 mm and height 0.6 mtr for stand including priming, painting and writing of "LT UG CABLE" in suitable size of letter including necessary earthwork and grouted at suitable depth in PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 X 600 X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 m deep below normal ground level in any type of soil strata, connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in earth plate No 3 of MES schedule 1991 Part – I connected to LT Poles /DBs etc. as required including necessary excavation and earth work, concrete pit chamber, cover of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 including lifting handle and Earth lead and 20mm Dia GI watering pipe medium grade, Funnel, wiremesh, etc. complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion.

S & F in replacement of LT Jumper with the help of Aluminium Conductor Steel Reinforcement. The length of jumper shall not be less than 2 meter including connection with the help of connector and aluminium lugs, nut bolt washers etc on the LT Pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Pruning / trimming of branches of trees interfering or overhanging on electrical overhead lines in such a way to have a clearance of not be less than 2 mtrs all around the outermost conductor of the span complete all as specified and directed. Note: Span shall be measured pole to pole as One Span

S & F in replacement Busbar panel weather proof outdoor type single door, fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with epoxy powder coating of RAL-7035 ( Siemens Gray) shade with matt finish with seven tank pre treatment process. The Panel shall be compartmentized design totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof, conforming to degree of protection IP-54, Gaskets between all adjacent units and beneath all covers shall be provided to render the joints dust proof. All doors and covers shall be provided with cylindrical panel locks and shall be fully gasketed with neoprene rubber and shall be lockable. The panel shall be provided with aluminium bus bars electrolytic grade of 400 Amps current rating including required size of nut bolts for fixing of cables upto 240 Sqmm. The bus bars and Interconnecting links shall be insulated with heat shrinkable PVC sleeve with RYB & black colour coding and fix horizontally. The bus bars shall be supported on unbreakable, non-hygroscopic SMC insulated supports at sufficiently close intervals to prevent busbars sag and shall be housed in a dedicated compartment. All joints and connection shall be done with galvanised or cadmium plated high tensile nuts, bolts, washers and AL Lugs etc. The panel shall be provided with 04 Nos 50mmx50mmx5mm thick angle iron supports of not less than each 0.9 mtr height duly painted with anti corrosive black paint including earth work and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 at suitable depth as per site requirement including taking down existing one. The overall size of the Busbar panel shall not be less than 500mmx300mmx700mm (LxWxH) including 4 Nos cable entry holes suitable for cable entry up 3.5C 240 Sqmm at bottom complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement Sheet Metal Enclosures factory made Tripple Pole and Earth enclosure with a three pin and earth plug with 63 Amp Industrial socket complete with one Four Pole MCB of 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 10 KA including wall mounting accessories and connection to Boiler complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in replacement of GI strip 25 x 4 mm earth as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

S & Fix in replacement PVC spiral spacer for LT overhead line of grey colour suitable for 3 phase 4 wire system, length of the spacer should not be less than 1200mm including taking down existing one and all arrangements shall be adopted by contractor for the same complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary ladder & scaffolding etc if required for this job is the responsibility of the contractor and rates included in this job.
