Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. Above 4.5 metre and upto 6.5 metre

Supply including fitting and fixing of 11 KV ( SCREENED XLPE cables heat shrink type single core 400 Sq.mm HT cable outdoor termination Kits RAYCHEM RPG including all accessories for the following sizes including testing and commissioning as specified and directed by the Deptt.

Supply of following size PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed 11KV gd Solid Aluminum conductor up to 10 sqmm, balance stranded conductor, XLPE Insulated, cores laid up, PVC tape innersheathed, Armour (Aluminium wire for single core up to 70 sqmm, balance Aluminium strip, Glavanised wire for cables upto 2x10 sqmm,, 3x10 sqmm,,4x6 sqmm, & balance all galvanised steel strip), extruded PVC Type ST2 sheathed, 650/1100V grade as per IS 7908(Part 1) 1988 armoured U.G. cable as specified and directed by the deptt. Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised Channel of 75 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm size complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying, laying of HDPE Pipe /DUCT of size 110mm outer dia of 6 Mtr.Length IS 4984: 1995 as required in the existing trench, through micro tunneling, as directed and specified by the department.

Supplying and commissioning of the following specification as per IS:2713 : 410 - SP 22 hot dip Galvanized Steel tubular pole manufacturing out from electrically welded in 3 (three section having a base plate including providing all required building materials as directed and specified by the deptt. (BANSAL/SRP / Valmont / PARUTHI ENGR/NEZONE make)

SUPPLYING FITTING AND FIXING OF (DOWELLS/ COMET make) ALUMINIUM tube terminal as required and as directed by the department.

Construction of Cable trenches Size(1260X650) mm for power cable including supply of all materials and labour with cover plate as per specification and drawing.(APDCL SOR 2018-19)

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required

Supplying and erection of 11 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11 KV disc insulator for 11 KV over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Erection of disc/ pin insulator for 11 KV over head lines as required.

Supplying including fitting fixing of 630AMPS 11KV ISOLATOR without Earth Switch and G.I. Mounting Structure as specified and directed by the deptt. (Schneider / ABB or equivalent make.

Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised channel cfross arm of 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 x 3200 mm long complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fitting fixing of galvanised channel cfross arm of 100 mm x 50 mm x 6 x 2200 mm long complete with clamps ,blots, nuts etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and string up AAAC Wolf conductor in the existing P.S.C./ M.S/ Galvanized pole with binding etc. as required and as directed by the department.

Supplying and fixing of 11 KV 400 A Gang operated switch with all accessories complete as required and as directed by the department.

DTR fencing as per REC Standard Specification Complete With Matereial and Labour.(APDCL SOR 2108-19)
