Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for river bed fine sand in trenches/ ducts 15 cm under cable and 8 cm above the cable for cushioning/protection to cable including spreding, levelling and get thick 18cm after hand punning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying Un-reinforced precast Concrete cable covers, Class HV, type -1 flat, size 300mm x 180mm x 40 mm for HT cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete type D2, PCC 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for poles, filling, mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour cement concrete type B-1, PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in copings for old and new poles including form work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and Fixing for galvanised iron tubing 150 mm bore 'light grade' with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends with apporoved sealing compound etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 300 Sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for heat shrinkable type cable termination joint kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated HT cable 11000 Volts grade of size 300 Sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and accessories alongwith testing after jointing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 33 KV/ 66KV out door SF-6 breaker 2500 Amps, 31.5A/3Sec with GI support structure, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 33 KV C & R (Control and relay) panel indoor/outdoor type complete with IDMT relay, Master trip relay, Over voltage relay, Digital Ampere meter, Digital volt meter, 2 Nos Auxilary relay, Heater with thermostat, Hooter, over load earth fault relay, differential relay for controlling of power transformer including DC source of supply through power pack system 24 Volt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 33 KV CT outdoor, oil cooled type 200-100/1-1A, cl.-0.5, 5P10 class, burden-15V with support structure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply installation testing and commissioning of 33 KV PT outdoor, oil cooled type burden 100 VA, 33KV/110V cl. 0.5, with support structure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying of control copper conductor cable armoured heavy duty stranded of size 2.5 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Design Supply fabrication and erecting steel structure for erecting installation of 33/11 KV various equipments over head bus bar etc out of MS Channel , bracing, support clamps and back plate fabricated out of structural steel sections including nuts, bolts and washers, welding, bending hot or cold, cutting, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size including one coat of red oxide primer, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint paint including PCC foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing lightning arrestors expulsion type complete with all fittings, suitable for 11000 Volts grade transmission class, discharge capacity 65KA including brackets, clamps, nuts washers and connecting to 4 mm dia GI earth wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning air break isolating switch tripple pole mechanically operated with vertical isolation, 12 insulators mounted on steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level and including operating rod of 25 mm dia medium grade GI pipe and locking arrangement of capacity 400 Amps 11 KV with drop out fuse set including making all incoming/outgoing connection of HT cable and ocerhead conductor using new leads and nuts, bolts etc and painting of steel work with 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Material and labour for danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous, enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps made of 25x3mm MS flat, bolts and nuts for HT 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing 11000 volts grade disc type insulator porcelain vitreous 145mm high and 255mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green with tension clamps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing pin type porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) and fixing on electric poles with binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire as in OH conductor including stringings and tightning, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 11 KV Horn Gap fuse of rated voltage 11 KV and highest system voltage 12 KV, rated current 100/200 Amps, 11 KV Solid core post insulator shall be fitted complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
