M & L for solid PVC door frame of size 50 mm X 47 mm with a thickness of 5 mm , made out of extruded 5 mm thick PVC Sheet of density 600 kg/cum having pattern, width of 50 mm and thickness of 10 mm providing weather sea/Non-woven self adhesive gasket throughout the frame. All three frame lengths reinforced with 19 mm x 19 mm MS Square tube of 19 gauge, mitred cut at two corners and joined with 2 nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15 mm x15 mm MS square tube. The door frame shall be fixed to the wall using 8mm dia/100mm long MS screws through the frame by using PVC fasteners. A minimum of 4 nos of screws to be provided for each vertical member & minimum 2 nos for horizontal members etc complete as per manufactures specification and directed by Engineer -in -Charge.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick solid panel PVC(style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes 19 gauge thickness and size 19mm x19 mm for stiles and 15mmx15mm for the top and bottom rails MS frame shall have a coat of metal primer of approved make. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded (100% LEAD FREE) PLAIN PVC 'C' channel made from 5mm thick sheet of density 600kg/cum of size 30mm thickness 70mm width out of which 50mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on either side forming stiles and 5 mm thick 95 mm wide PLAIN PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered in 45 angle on inner side to form top and bottom and lock rail and 115mm wide PLAIN PVC sheet out of which 75mm shall be flat and 20mm shall be tapered on both side to form lock rail Top bottom and lock rail shall be provided either side. An additional 5m thick shall be provided on either side of the panel. An additional 5mm thick PVC strip of 20mm width is to be stuck on the bottom side of the C channel. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer, duly certified by the paint manufacturer, with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage.The spray machine should have accessories for applying distemper in hard to reach areas and to penetrate the distemper on the surfaces completed all as specified & directed. Note: (a) The work shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the material i.e. paint, distemper, cement based paint, putty etc is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.
