Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m in sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand of silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three Sand and Six hard broken stone jelly) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers.(Sulphate Resistance Cement)

Providing and placing plain cement concrete M-20 Grade in using crusher Broken Hard granite coarse aggregate nominal maximum size of 40mm and down graded metal to IS specified grading (To achive the specified charachteristic strength of 20N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingrediants in approved mixer including placing in layers and vibrating, water curing, finishing surface with all leads and etc. complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specification and excluding steel centering and reinforcement grills in position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of Steel Centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm x 60 cm. and thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm, for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced 90cm, Centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting up to 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying factory fusion bonded epoxy coated with minimum 175 microns thickness H.Y.S.D. steel (Cold, Twisted ) reinforcement for R.C.C work including cost and conveyance from point of purchase to reputed company and to site after coated straightening, cutting, bending, hooking, placing in position, lapping and / or welding wherever required, tying with binding wire and anchoring to the adjoining members wherever necessary complete as per design etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Inverted filter with ISS grade stone jelly 12mm, 20mm, 40mm and 50mm size for inverted filter etc., including cost of rough stone/ borken stone, conveyance, labour charges etc., completed and as directed by the departmental officers.

Rough stone dry packing for revetment and apron using new hard granite stones obtained from approved sources including the cost of new wedges for filling the caps etc., complete as per technical specification and as directed by the departmental officer.

Supplying and filling the gravel thoroughly mixed 7.5 cm thick well rammed compacted consolidated etc., complete complying with standard specification etc. complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering the river water using 7.5HP pumpset including hire charges of machinery fuel charges and operating personel including shifting pump set wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork in all soil except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for formation of bund with lead of 0 to 100 m deploying earth moving mechinery and tippers including benching formation of bund, breaking clods, sectioning, including loading into the lorrys conveying them with a lead of 19 km and unloading, spreading the earth, watering and consolidating etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Casting Precast Cement Concrete Block of size 45x30x20cm in plain cement concrete of mix M20 (One cement, one and half sand and Three aggregate) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly and mixing the concrete and laying the concrete in steel moulds after oiling them properly at casting yard and vibrating, finishing the top surface smoothly placing the slab along with the mould and base plate in the casting yard, removing the mould carefully after initial setting, placing the slab in the curing pond after 24 hours from the time of casting, removing them from the curing pond after 7 days of curing, stacking them in the stacking yard with in a lead of 100m and curing them for the full period by sprinkling water as directed by the Departmental Officers. Then conveying the precast cement concrete slabs from the casting yard as specified in the lead statement to the work site including all charges such as for loading at casting yard, conveying the slabs and unloading to the work site and laying the precast cement concrete slabs in the slope of the canal / River to the correct alignment and section of the Canal / River with joints not exceeding 6mm, packing with cement mortor1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand ) and doing simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortor to full depth of slabs and finishing neatly and curing for 21 days as directed by the Departmental Officers, Excluding the sleeper and the charges for laying the binders if any involved in the work complying with standard specification,. Water proofing compound shall be used in cement mortor as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

Fabricating, supplying and erection of Screw Gearing SS Shutters of Size above 1.00 m and up to 2.00 m width consist skin plate made out of 12mm thick SS316GR plate and Horizontally stiffened with 150X75mm RSJ SS316GR at an interval not more than 0.5m and vertical stiffened made out of 100x10mm flat SS316 GR at interval not more than 0.6m and end vertical job made up of 100x10 SS316GR flat 2nos on both side provided with 150mm dia SS316GR rollers 2nos on both side with 2 1/2 dia gun metal bushes and 2dia roller pin for smooth operation the shutter left with 12mm plat on both side to the side of 0.3x0.3mm plat SS316gr of required size on top side fastened with rust free bolt and nuts etc., providing leakage arrest plat arrangement made with 12mm plat at both end for required height the bottom seal made up of 75x10mm rubber seal covered with 65x8mm SS316gr flat fastened with required rust free bolt and nut conveying flabbergasted by using lorry’s including loading, unloading and leading the shutters to the vent erecting the new shutter and the shuttering arrangement for shutter grow angle made up of 150x200x150x8mm SS channels for 4m including welding hold fast of size 40x40x6mm angle 5nos on both side and sill beam 150x75mm RSJ of mild steel length 2.80m and top of stainless steel sill flat 75x8mm SS316gr plat 2.6m length 50x50x6mm angle with wielded U/S side to fix 75x8mm rubber beading conveying and leading the grow angle to the vent fixing the grow angle in proper alignment 80mm dia rod made up stainless steel duely machined and fully threaded warm and pinion cast-iron headset assembly provided with required holes conveying and leading the Screw rod to the work site. Fixing the Screw rod to the shutter lifting arrangement with required bolt and nuts in proper alignment to the headset top beam made out of 200x100mm(ISMB200) rsj of mild steel dully drilled to suit the headset assembly bed bolt made out 25mm mild steel round dully thread with suitable anchorage arrangement to a height of 0.9m necessary fish plat made out mild steel plat of size 0.23x0.6m 2nos required holes conveying and leading the top beam arrangement top of vent to correct portion warm and pinion headset assembly with pinion brass net with gear arrangement fixed inside the head set warm gear softed privision to operate by handle provide for the operation of shutter. The rate including cost of materials, consumables, labours, power charges, conveyance charges, charges for all equipment’s required conveying the dismantled materials to the section stores, cost of petty civil works, trial operation of shutter and without GST etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing new 3T capacity worm gear box assembly consist of cast iron top and bottom plates. Worm nut made up of pig iron, worm shaft made up of EN8 steel rod and two numbers of thrust bearings. The top and bottom plates machined to suit the worm nut and shaft. The worm nut threaded inside to suit the 63mm dia screw rod and the outer side formed with helical teath cutting to suit the worm shaft. The worm shaft machined to the required shape and size and provided with helical teeth to suit with the worm nut. The assembly fixed with two numbers of thrust bearing one on top and another on bottom of the worm nut and fastened with required bolt and nuts. The operating key made with 80mm square rod shaping with wire cutting machine and welded with operatiog handle made up of 32mm dia steel rod for required length. The gear box is to be rest on the top of MS stand made up of 75X75X8mm MS angle and the top covered with 16mm thick MS plate and the stand fixed on the 150X75mm MS channel fixed over top of the beams in platform in proper alignment and position etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. Painting the hoisting arrangements with two coat of aluminium oxide paint over two coat of zinc rich primer. The rate including cost of worm gear, Cost of all materials required, labour charges, process charges like gas cutting, welding, machining, milling, labour charges for dismantling, loading, lifting, unloading, transport, erection, charges for equipment's like derrick, chain pulley block, conveyance charges of to and fro of equipment's and labours to the site including cost of trial operation of the Shutter, without GST, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers and warranty for 5years etc., complete.
