Earthwork excavation for Lip Cutting in ordinary soil for disty. & minors having vertical height above 0.75 m., kassi work including rehandling with dressing of earthwork. (With extra two initial leads)

Dressing of bed for preparation of sub-grade for lining including removal of irregularities upto 7.5 cm depth.

Dressing of side slopes for preparation of sub-grade for lining including removal of irregularities upto 7.5 cm depth.

M15 Grade Single PCC (30x15x5 Cms.) Block Lining On Side Slope of channel consisting of :- (i) 12mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on subgrade. (ii) 16mm thick sandwich plaster in CM (1:3) over the plaster at item no. (i) above. (iii) 50mm thick Blocks in CM (1:3) with 6mm thick CM layer including curing upto completion of lining section.

On side Slope

Extra for scaffolding & template allowance on tile, brick and concrete lining for side slopes & curved portions.

Pumping charges from source provided by the Dept. for supply of water to lining heading.

Curing of lining for 28 days.

Earthwork in foundations trenches, lift upto 1.5 m. stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus soil as directed within a lead of 30 m. (For Dowel Earthwork) In ordinary soil like sandy loam, soft clay etc.

Laying in Position cement concrete for canal dowel including, compaction and cost of centering and shuttering in grade M10, 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.)

Laying in position cement concrete for Canal Dowel including curing, and compaction and cost of centering and shuttering in grade M15, 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size.

Dressing of dowels in addition to payment for dressed earthwork if top width of dowel is less than 1 metre.

Supply of Village Name Board size 600 x 900 mm made out of 1.25mm thick M.S. sheet duly framed with 30 mm ODMS tube tightened with M.S. flat 12 x 3 mm fixed on two posts of size 40 mm ODMS tube 3m long whole board is processed in blue/white stoving enamel paint and white / red machine cut reflective sheet complete in all respect posts duly painted with black/white synthetic enamel.

Earthwork in excavation in foundation trenches etc. not exceeding 2 meters depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil 3m. Clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around Hume pipes/masonry in 15cm. Plastering with cement mortar (1:3 ) on brick work in sub-structure as per Technical specifications

Supplyand fixing in position of APM blocks made of CI as per standard specification with adjustable arrangement and required fixtures including transportation to site second stage concreting in (CC 1:2:4) centering ,shuttering, painting with red oxide finishing etc complete in all respect cost of APM Block (all size) per block.
