Supply and fix leg in repair made out of well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots, sap wood and other blemishes , shape and size as per Drg after removing the old/broken one without damaging the other parts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of partition of the cup board : It shall be made out of one side melamine faced pre-laminated MDF board 18mm exterior thick confirming to IS in baverian beach shade as per drg and as approved and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Drawer made of 16 mm thick plywood IS 710 grade with bothside sumica 0.8/1 mm thick with 1.6 mm thick PVC edging through edge bander machine of shade as approved by EIC/GE with 2 mm thick PVC edging in front & sides and bottom of drawer shall be 9 mm thick BWP Plywood with white sunmica 0.8 mm thick (Make-Century ply"'Sainik 710/Greenply/Archidply /Duroply/National prima) complete with telescopic channel (make -Ebco/Ozone/Hettich) complete . Rest all as per drg.

Back : Back shall be made of one side melamine faced pre-laminated MDF board 6mm thick confirming to IS in Baverian beach shade in one piece after removing the old one. suitable rawl plug as per drg 2 Nos shall provided to the back for hanging .

Taking out old torn/ faded cushion cover from foam cushions and supply and fixing new cushion cover to the existing cushion. The cover of the cushion shall be of best quality tapestry cloth ( Not less than Rs.200 per meter) as approved by GE complete , Each cushion cover shall be provided with best quality zip stitched on one edge of cushion with standard fitting.

Long Stiffener : It shall be made of well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and knots cut to size as per drg duly finished/ french polished over a coat of primer and to be fixed with suitable no of screw wood steel .

Short Stiffener : All same as per item no. 6.08 above but short stiffener of table dressing ladies.

Leg : All same as per item no. 6.08 above but leg of table dressing ladies.

CP steel 100mm long handle to the drawers & shutter of table dressing ladies placed in position as shown in drg.

Taking out old torn/ faded cushion cover from foam cushions and supply and fixing new cushion cover to the existing cushion. The cover of the cushion shall be of best quality tapestry cloth ( Not less than Rs.350 per meter) as approved by GE complete , Each cushion cover shall be provided with best quality matching zip stitched on one edge of cushion with standard fitting with pipeing all around and as directed by ENGR-in-C.

Scratching the entire wooden pallets of sofa 5 seater , filling putty to the bore holes making surface smooth by scratching it with sand emery paper, it shall be French polish with high gloss finish, after properly cleaned and smoothened the surface.
