SITC of Active Harmonic Filters (AHF) to reduce current harmonics and to provide energy management system (EMS) for power supply quality management in Substations 1 and 2 at CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Active Harmonic current Filter, 2x100 A rating with 500/600 A capacity panel,415 V,50 Hz, 3 phase 3w/4w compatable,modular in nature ( to add additional module of 100 A) of standard rating, complying to the technical specifications enclosed. The installation includes all the power, control circuits with adequate rated PT, CT's,control and power circuit wiring as required for satisfactory operations complete in all aspects as per site condition.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Addtional module of 100 A rated current harmonic filter in the existing AHF system with necessary accessories as requires complete in all aspects for satisfactory working as per site condition. Will be operated based on the power quality study and requirement as mentioned in Si.No-3

To conduct a detailed power quality study at various loads for minimum 1 or 2 days and provide proper authorised report as required for each transformer before & after lining up the AHF system for verifying compatability of the system provided with all accessories as required as per site condition

Supply of web based Energy monitoring system software which will be supporting to 75 Nodes with Webview,Data logging and report generation from energy meters , Auto emailing ,Indivdual meter communication status with communication failure alarm on screen, section wise energy consumption. Support Voltage , Amps, KWH, KVAH , Harmonics,Running hours, PF, Hz, MD stored and display this details , Report to be in made and down load via excel day by day, month wise, particular period and other standard features, along with a warranty of minimum 18 months, having technical & service support for the minimum life time of the system, suitable for CSIR-CECRI's SS-1 & SS 2 complete in all aspects as per site condition for satisfactory operations as required

Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of digital LED MFM meter of Class 0.5 acuracy with RS 485 communication port suitable for 22 kV SS HT panel suitably mounted on the existing feeder panel by replacing of old existing MFM meter, having minimum parameters of V,A,F,PF,KW,kVA,kVAR,kWH,kVAH,Import & export Wh,Vah & Runhours,On hours,Phase angle, Interrupts, THD, Events(High-Low), Neutral Current, Max Demand(with RTC), Individual Harmonics upto 31st order,Auto scrolling and freeze mode for constant single phase viewing available etc., complete in all aspects CT & PT wirings etc., with required accessories.

Supply of 2 core RS 485 communicable shielded, twisted pair cable suitable for the above system as required as per site condition.

Supply and fixing of suitable medium duty PVC conduit of Min 19 MM or as required for the system provided with required accessories complete in all aspects as per site condition to draw the communication cable as requried.

Supply, testing and commissioning of CAT 6 Ethernet Patch Chords 2 meter stranded type Conductor: 24 AWG, Snagless cable, 1000 base Ethernet transmission of reputed make as approved by department complete in all aspects suitable to the system as required as per site condition

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Gate way converter IP chords of reputed make as approved by department & Meters configuaration complete in all aspects suitable to the system as required as per site condition

Drawing the communication cable in the existing pipe/trench/wall and inside the panel along with termination(excluding civil works) as required as per site condition.

Installation,testing and commissioning of the EMS soft ware for 75 nodes including metering, data collection,Group report module generation, email features and other aspects of the system complete in all aspects as required as per site condition for satisfactory operation of the system.

Supply, installation,testing and commissioning of Desktop computer with monitor,CPU, keyboard,mouse and pre installed OS having the technical parameters as per the enclosed technical specification sheet complete in all aspects for satisfactory operations of the envisaged EMS system as per site condition.

Supply,installation,testing and commissioning of communication system and integration with EMS software for collection of essential/Electrical data to Substation-1 from the existing control panel end of following Solar On grid system of 140 KW at one area,370 KW Solar at four different places ,2x750 KVA Cummins generator control panel data and 1X320 KVA Generator Cummins with 2 core RS 485 communicable shielded, twisted pair cable suitable for the above system as required as per site condition complete in all aspects as requried. The site details are enclosed.

Excavating trenches of required width for pipes,cables etc., including excavation for sockets,depth upto 1.5 m including getting out the excavated materials, returning the soil as required in lyers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consilidating each deposited layers by ramming, watering etc., stacking servicable material for measurements and disposal of unservicable materials as directe, within a lead of 50 m for all types of soil

"Deployment of Electricians :- For Trench cutting,cable removing and termination work which arises during work execution of above work in Panel area or in trench area in Sub station-1 & sub station-2
