To build structure bashes to be used which shall be made from MS seamless pipe of 60 mm OD with 5 mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 130 mm x 310 mm x 5 mm thickenss and mounted on MS pipe of size 130 mm x 310 mm x 3 mm thick closing caps shall be made up of high quality fibre reinforced plates material. Pins to be used of Diameter 35 mm 25mm, and 17 mm shall be made up from SAE 8620 bright. The bearing shall be used for 6007z" 6205zz and 6203zz permanent fabricated sealed bearing of reputed brand (SKF/FAG) high tensile steel with galvanised material bolts shall be used for assembly. the power coating shall be doe with Pure Polyster poweders of Ack zonoble of berger Paint with 60 to 70 Micron thickness. SEATED PULLER Providing and fixing of Seated Puller of size 1900 mm (Length) x 740 (Width) x 1920 mm (Height) fabricated with a center pripe is of 100 NB shall be made from C Class GI pipe. Bottom support of MS round plate of O 250 mm & 10 mm thickness shall be welded. All linkages shall be of 25 NB 'C' Class GIP pipe. The handle frame of 32 NB 'C' Class GI pipe. The seat frame of 32 NB C class GIP pipes . To build structure bushes to be used which shall be made from seamless pipe of 60 mm OD and 5 mm thickness as well as 60 mm diameter solid bar bush shall be used. The foundation should be used for fixing is a structure and shall be made from center pipe of GI of 80 NB 'C' class welded with MS round plate of O 250 mm & 10 mm thick. STANDING SEATING TWISTER Providing and Fixing of Seating & Standing Twister of size 1700 mm (Length) x 540 mm (Width) x 1250 mm (Height) fabricated with a Center pipe of 100 mm NB shall be made from C Class GI Round pipe The MS found plate of O 250 mm & 10 mm thickness shall be welded at bottom. Handle and Bottom sleeve pipe of 125mm OD with thickness 5mm should be provided for essy assembly replacement and maintenance. The bottom frame of the Seating & Standing twister 32 NB 50 NB and 25 NB shall be made from C class GI pipe. the handle frame of Seanting & Standing twister of 25 NB & Foot resting frame of seating side shall made from C class GI pipe of 25 MM NB.
