Preparing the pipe tunnel surface by thorough scrapping with hard wire brush and cleaning for applying protective epoxite epoxy treatment including cost of wire brush, labour, scaffolding etc., complete and provision of DG set, lighting arrangements, safety appliances such as goggles, hand glues, shoes, nose masks etc., complete.

Providing 10mm thick epoxy screeding using quartz sand and epoxy components of Hindustan ciba geigy/ roto polymer/ cerachem/ fosroc or equivalent make beneath the screeding as directed by the engineer in charge at site including cost of all materials labours, leads, lifts, scaffolding charges provision of DG set, lighting arrangements, safety appliances etc., complete.

Providing two coats of epoxite seal coat over the pipe tunnel inside surface using epoxy compounds of Hindustan ciba geigy/ roto polymer/ cerachem/ fosroc or equivalent make as directed by the engineer in charge at site including cost of all materials labours leads lifts, providing DG set, lighting arrangements, safety appliances, etc., complete.
