Material and Labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick,over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing / grinding & mirror finish polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed base in cement mortar 1:6 over and complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm/ 450mm x 350mm x 7 mm thick as on vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the GE.

PUF water storage tanks of 1000 liters capacity, (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I including taking down old unserviceable tank, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
