Checking, testing and attending minor faults of the fans, fittings, switches, MCBDBs, meter boxes and Service connection cable etc. of the newly allotted staff Quarters and switching on the power supply to the staff quarters etc. as required.

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required.

Dismantling of ceiling fan and painting the same with one coat of primer and two coats of spray painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade, including cleaning of surface with detergent and replacing the damaged rubber reel, nuts and bolts with washers and safety pins refixing the same as required.

Rewinding of 1200mm/1400mm ceiling fan by superior quality super enameled copper conductor i/c heat varnishing, testing etc. as required.

Overhauling of Ceiling Fan i/c dismantling, heat varnishing of windings, greasing of bearings, refitting, testing etc. as required.

Replacement of the faulty/damaged components/spare parts for the electrical wirings, fittings, fans etc. by new ones of the following types and ratings i/c connection, testing etc. as required.
