Note :- Except centralised materials, all required decentralised materials shall be provided by contractor as per RESPO NORMS with approved GTP/DI. Carriage/ Loading & Unloading of Material from any Store Centre under PVVNL, depending upon the availability of material, to site. (For S.no-1.01 to 1.04) 1.01- 11 mtr. Long STP, SP-55 round Pole.

All other Material except Poles (33KV & 11KV Pin, Disc/Fitting, Pin Insulator, ACSR DOG/Rabbit Conductor)

3x300sqmm Jointing Kit for 33KV

The excavation of foundation pit in mix soil/normal soil/soft & hard rock and its back filling and leveling etc. The size of the pit will be (750x450)mm and having depth of 1/6th of the full length of the support and Erection of support in the pit, after fixing stone pad including providing of stone pad size 300x300x75mm as per Respo Norms. The work includes carriage and handling of supports from sectional store to pit site as well as fabrication work if required. 2.01- Cable Riser one side on STP Pole 11/13Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Earthing of supports with M.S. earth Rod of (20x2500)mm long including excavation of pit and driving M.S.Rod 3.0M apart from suppor and 0.5M below the ground level and connecting belowl the earth electrodes with the help of G.I.wire No.8SWG and including providing & fixing of earthing lugs. The work includes carriage and handling of required accessories, from sectional store to pit site as well as any fabrication work if required & fixing of cross bracing sets 4.3mtr, from M.S.Angle 65x65x6mm/ 50x50x6mm, E-bracket, Dist insulator, top channel 125x65mm, 3200mm, 33KV Disc fitting, 33 KV pin insulator, 33KV Pin etc including providing of E-brackets, required clamps, Nut & bolts as per Respo Norms/ as per schedule with required accessories. Grouting of supports in CC 1:4:8 (Cement, sand & 40mm brick ballast). Grouting will be done in the block of size (450x450)mm x1/6th of full length of the support, upto ground level, 300mm plinth above the ground level with C.C. 1:3:6 (Cement, Course sand and Stone grit) with muffing as per Respo Norms including providing of requried material. Work includes back filling and proper ramming. 5.01- Cable Riser one side on STP Pole 11/13Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Providing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes at all section poles, suitable for Dog Conductor as per respo norms. 6.01- Sectional Double Pole

Making Jumpers on Section Points, by fixing of P.G.Clamps of proper sizes, suitable for Dog Conductor as per respo norms. 7.01- Sectional Double Pole

Providing of danger board at each location as per specification of the respo norms.

Making H.T.Connection of the proposed line from Primary 220/132/33KV S/S or from existing 33KV lines/Sub stations. The work consists of fixing & fabrication of Dropper Channels, & fixing of Disc Insulators, Pin Insulators, jumpering with providing & fixing of P.G.Clamps, clamping and binding etc,as per site conditions.

Providing of barbed wire on 33KV SP-72/SP-55 ST Poles/PCC Poles, as anti-climbing device.

Wrapping of barbed wire on 33KV SP-72/SP-55 ST Poles/PCC Poles, as anti-climbing device for a length of 0.9Mtr. Wire pitch/gap 13mm and fixing upper and lower end keeping lower end at a height of 2.75Mtr. from the ground, complete with providing & fixing of lower end & upper end clamps, made of M.S.Flat 40x5mm complete with nuts & bolts as per respo norms.

Painting of following supports/structures of 33KVLine, with two coats of synthetic enamel aluminium paint after one coat of ready mix primer, including provididng of all material (red oxicide and Aluminium paint), as well as rubbing/cleaning of surface as required for proper completion of work . 15.01- Cable Riser one side on STP Pole 11/13Mtr long (Double Pole Structure)

Digging of trench size 1050x750mm and Safely laying of 02No., 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in cable trench between one Double pole to other side of Double Pole. (For S. No .16.01 to 16.10)

Digging of trench size 1050x450mm and Safely laying of 01No., 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE Cable in cable trench between one Double pole to other side of Double Pole as per norms.

Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 2 Nos 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minimum 25No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and Stone Slab of size 450x600x50mm, on top of the each Cable, including providing &filling River Sand inside the Bricks as per norms.

Providing & Laying of Ist Class Bricks, along the length on both side of 01 Nos 33KV XLPE Cable in Cable Trench (minimum 18No. Bricks/Mtr per Cable) and tap of including providing &filling River Sand inside the Bricks.

Back filling of excavated earth in the cable trench upto the ground level and ramming properly.

Providing 150mm dia 3Mtr long G.I.Pipe with requried clamp over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE cable.

Fixing 150mm dia 3Mtr long G.I.Pipe over 33KV, 3x300Sq.mm. XLPE cable before mounting the 4Nos. cable on double pole. Work includes fixing of clamp, sealing of top and bottom end of the G.I.Pipe. One end of G.I.Pipe is to be buried under earth about 500mm as per respo norms.

Making of 33KV 3x300sqmm outdoor type heat shrinkable XLPE Cable jointing Kits and crimping of proper size aluminium lugs. Work includes providing insulating tapes etc. as per specifications.

Laying of 3x300Sq.mm XLPE cable in the air and mounting and clamping 4Nos.33KV XLPE boxes on double pole structure and making connection with 33KV overhead lines at both ends.

Fixing of droper channel 100x50x6mm, 3200mm long with 02 no. clamp, nut & bolt.

Making Cable Stand 100x50x6mm Channel for 33KV XLPE 3x300sqmm cable

Carriage of Received back material after execution of work for concern store center.
