Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, cable trench etc and not exceeding 10 square meter on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Boring of holes horizontal for laying not less than 80/50/40/32mm pipe (minimum depth 0.75 mtr from top level) under the road pavement, hard standing using trenchless technology complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The work includes necessary excavation to take out the loop and laying the cable, putting proper cable protection bricks using the old retrieved bricks and refill the area properly and spreading any surplus soil.
