Providing and laying Centreline/Edgeline marking with white hot applied thermoplastic compound 100mm wide of high quality 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including labour charges for machinery and all other incidental charges. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
Road Markers / Road Stud with Lens Reflector : Providing and fixing reflective road studs of "category A" Raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / methyl methecrylate / ABS moulded body confirming to ASTM D 788 and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement markers shall also confirm to the MORTH circular No RW / NH. 33023 / 10 / 97 - DO.III dt 11.06.97. The height, width and length shall not be less than 15mm, 90mm and 100mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 sq.cm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/-5 degree. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 2 of said MORTH circular. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30+/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. The marker shall support a load of 13635 Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280 and confirming to IRC 35 - 2015 guidelines and MORT&H specification 804 etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.

Providing and laying 63 mm thick factory made rubber moulded cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
Supplying and laying of 110 mm dia PVC pipe for rain water collection from catch basin to Storm water drain conforming to IS13592 with ISI mark and fittings conforming to IS 14735, with necessary solvent cement of approved quality for jointing,laying etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
Cement concrete M20 design mix (RMC) for all reinforced cement concrete works namely pile cap, grade beam, column and other similar works and other similar structures etc. with water cement ratio not exceeding 0.45 and minimum cement content of 325 kg per cubic metre, using ordinary Portland cement - 53 grade, M.sand, 20 mm and down size coarse aggregates, necessary approved admixtures as per requirement for structural and non structural works excluding the cost of reinforcement grills, fabrication charges, shuttering and centering but including all leads etc.,all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officials. Mix design data has to be got approved from engineer in charge before commencement of work.
Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane & vertical surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

I R.T.S. rods of all sizes of reinforcement for all Reinforced cement: concrete works (for pedestal pillar concrete) including cost and conveyance of steel, binding wire, spacer bars, cover blocks, labour charges for unbending of rods, straightening, cutting, fabricating, tying, lifting, placing in position, overlapping to the required length wherever necessary cover blocks and all other incidental charges etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by "SIPCOT" officers. (The steel rods must be Fe 500 grade of any brand with ISI marking and necessary test certificate to be produced before using it at site)
Manufacturing, supplying and fixing in position plain Cement concrete precast slab of size 550 mm x 500 mm x 75 mm in Cement Concrete M20 grade including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing, placing etc., complete complying with the standard specificaiton and as directed by SIPCOT officers. for cover slab
Painting two coats of black and white bands alternatively each coat separately using black and white enamel paints of approved quality including cost and conveyance of paint, painting articles and utencils, labour charges etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officers.
DIsposal of excavated earth with a lead of 2 km including conveyance and all labours etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
Construction of RCC Storm water Drain (Part B)
Earthwork excavation in all stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to the required depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring strutting and baling out water wherever necessary, depositing the surplus earth in places shown clearing and leveling the site with an initial lead of 10 meter and lifts as specified hereunder etc., all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT officials (excluding refilling)
Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officer.
Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Stone dust/Quarry dust in layers of 150 mm thickness well watered ramming, consolidation etc. complete as per standard specifications and as directed by SIPCOT officers

(in all heights and all depths)
Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 330 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (0.5 cu.m.) 773 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.33 cu.m.) 515.6 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (0.479 cu.m') 767 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards and as directed by SIPCOT officers. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Providing Rainwater harvesting system as per the drawing including necessary earth work, 300 mm dia boring upto 4.0 m depth, providing 160 mm dia PVC pipe upto 4.0 m, filling materials as specified etc, complete complying as per standard specification and as directed by SIPCOT Officers.
