Demolition of Brick bats, terracing tiles,etc on roofs and removing the same to store from terrace of high raised bldg etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing to store from terrace of high raised bldg all as specified.

M&L for Roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded aggregate) cement concrete as a leveling course on roof surfaces and coping etc complete all as specified and as directed.

The Water proofing treatment shall be four course and shall be carried out as follows : (a) Apply a coat of oil based bituminous primer @ 200 gms/ sqm on the prepared surfaces. (b) Apply a coat of blown type bitumen grade 85/25 conforming to IS:702 heated to a working temperature of 180 degree C and applied @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm the surface area. (c) Provide and lay 4mm thick APP modified torch applied water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.00 Kg per square meter reinforced with non woven polyester matt, weighing not less than 160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree C , Longitudinal tensile strengh not less than 650 N/5 CM, tear strength of 180 N (Min), a static puncture resistance of 180, keeping a minimum of 10 cm over laps and 15 cm end lap. (d) Removing of existing water proofing treatment complete all as specified and directed by EIC. The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertical surfaces. The edge of the membrane shall be sealed with sealant. The rain water gutter portion shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 to provide requisite slop towards rain water pipe outlet. Note :- (i) Irrespective of lap the net covered area shall only be measured and paid. (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of primer for APP membrane and SBR latex complete.

M&L for Machine pressed Pavers Terracotta (coloured) cement tiles of size 300mm x 300mm x 22mm thick mix with grey cement and pigment laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

M&L for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plasticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to wall & slab)

M&L for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including, Mixing of materials: Mixing of material components (part a & b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instructions by weigh batching. Grouting maintain the pressure at exit (0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through pre-fixed nozzles in the structural elements @ 100 ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns)

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing off complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plastering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces as in ceiling finished even & smooth without using extra cement.
