BED PLY WOOD TOP (FD-245 / 246) Removing the existing unserviceable/broken long rail and supply and fix new second class hard wood long rail for bed ply wood top and complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable./broken head board with legs and supply & fix new head board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken foot board with legs and supply & fix new foot board for bed plywood top including teak wood legs complete all as specified and shown on drawings and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken ply wood top and supply and fix new ply wood top of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR GRADE duly ISI marked complete bed all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable./worn out/ broken plywood of head board and foot board on both sides and supply & fix new 4mm thick one side teak face plywood for head board and foot board on both sides complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing the existing unserviceable/broken teak wood beading for Head board and Foot board and supply and fix new teak wood beading of 12mm dia half round for head and foot board complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

SOFA SET 5 SEATER (FD 258) Removing the existing old tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 180.00 per metre of approved shade and type for seat and back of 5 seater sofa (consisting of 10 pieces) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 10 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat and back cushion and supply and fix seat cushion of 100mm with 40 density and back cushion 32 density of 50mm supreme quality foam for sofa set of 5 seater consisting of 05 seats & 05 backs pieces complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 5 seats & 5 backs pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing unserviceable plywood for seat and supply and fix 12mm thick commercial plywood for seat complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 5 seats (3+1+1) pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and supply and fix teak wood front leg for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for polishing to the repaired sofa set 5 seater duly preparing the old and new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

SOFA SET MAP 5/4/3/2/ SINGLE SEATER (FD 281/373 M/FD/MP-II/02) Removing the existing tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 180.00 rupees per metre for 5 seater consisting of 10 pieces duly providing the zip for all (5 seater consisting of 10 pieces) complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 10 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 180.00 rupees per metre for 4 seater sofa set consisting of 8 pieces duly providing the zip for all complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 4 Seater sofa set consisting of 8 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing tapestry cloth and supply and fix new tapestry cloth of cost not less than 180.00 rupees per metre for single seater sofa set consisting of two pieces duly providing the zip to all complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :-Single Seater sofa set consisting of 2 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat & back cushions and supply and fix new seat and back cushions with 40 density of 100mm thick supreme quality foam for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 5 Seater sofa set consisting of 10 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat & back cushions and supply and fix new seat and back cushions with 40 density of 100mm supreme quality foam for sofa set 4 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :- 4 Seater sofa set consisting of 8 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing worn out seat & back cushions and supply and fix new seat cushions with 40 density of 100mm supreme quality foam for sofa set single seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing. Note :-Single Seater sofa set consisting of 2 pieces shall be measured as each set.

Removing the existing unserviceable front leg and supply and fix teak wood front leg for sofa set 5 seater complete all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Material and labour for polishing to the repaired sofa set 5 seater duly preparing the old and new wooden surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

CHARPOY GI NYLON NEWAR (FD-220) Dismantling the existing unserviceable old charpoy GI nylon newar of any type by removing the old newar, and reassembling, duly cleaning the charpoy, tightening, providing required threadings and supply and weaving with first quality nylon newar of 100% virgin quality of HDPE of weight not less than 1.5 kilogram newar per charpoy complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.

Supply and fix new long rail of galvanised iron pipe 32mm dia medium grade with necessary threadings to the extent required and removing the existing unserviceable broken long rail complete all as specified , as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the short rail out of the broken long rail obtained from item No 23 above duly cutting, threading to the extent required and fixing to the charpoy and removing the existing unserviceable short rail complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparing the leg for GI charpoy from the broken galvanised iron pipes obtained vide item No’s 23 & 24 above duly cutting, threading to the extent required including teak wood plug/ galvanised iron plate and FMN cleats to leg duly welded and removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 32 mm dia galvanised iron medium grade 3 way elbow, duly ISI marked and removing the existing unserviceable elbow complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix 5 mm thick galvanised iron medium grade check nut, duly ISI marked suitable for 32 mm dia pipe and removing the unserviceable check nut complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

Supply and fix new leg for GI charpoy of 32 mm dia medium grade with necessary threading including providing teak wood plug/ galvanised iron plate and FMN cleats to leg duly welded and removing the existing unserviceable leg complete all as specified, as shown on drawing and as directed.

FORM WITH OUT BACK (FD-77) Supply and fix second class hard wood (Bijasal/Ben teak) seat plank of size 1525x255mm x 25mm thick for form without back fixed to steel frame with adequate size of GI screws and removing the existing unserviceable/broken seat plank complete all as specified and as shown on drawings

FORM WITH BACK (FD-78) Supply and fix second class hard wood seat plank of size 1800x255mm x 25mm thick for form with back fixed to steel frame with adequate size of GI screws and removing the existing unserviceable/broken seat plank complete all as specified and as shown on drawings

Supply and fix second class hard wood back rest plank of size 1800x150mm x 19mm thick fixed to steel frame with adequate size of GI bolts duly treated with polishing to top sides of each plank and removing the existing unserviceable/broken back rest plank complete all as specified and as shown on drawings

Supply and fix 25 mm x 25mm mild steel square pipe of 1.6 mm thick by welding and removing the unserviceable damaged mild steel square pipe of form with back and without back where ever required complete all as specified and as shown on drawings.
