Schedule I : Design Services ( Survey, Drawings and Documentation)

Conducting route survey on command area map along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station and Auto Level, and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & other Tube Well sites, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 6 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works & other related sites.

Schedule II : Submersible Pumps

Designing, Providing, testing and commissioning of submersible pump set of required discharge 22 lps: and head 45.00M as per approved design, conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ± 10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply, with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design,control panel, submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run upto Panel and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. MS black column Pipe of Heavy duty conforming to IS-1239-Part-I (2004) standards including internal food grade epoxy coating and external enamel painting, all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule III : Raw Water Transmission main :

Pipes and Specials - Design, supply, laying and commissioning of raw water transmission main of Supply, delivery & Stacking of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K9, and P 1.0 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-9 suitable for Push- on Joint (Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per IS 8329:2000. including DI Specials and fittings of class K12, with plain, double socket, Socketed and flanged DI specials conforming to IS: 9523 including various types of bends, tees, reducers, socket and flanged tail pieces, duck foot bends, collars, mechanical joints, dead end caps, blank flanges etc. as per requirement including EPDM rubber gaskets suitable for tyton joints and ‘O” rings required for the jointing of specials with the pipes, nuts and bolts with packing gaskets, including required valves, appurtenances and chamber (air valves, sluice valves and non-return valves, pressure gauges) including excavation in trenches, dismantling of all type of pavements, sand bedding as required, backfilling of trenches and foundations with approved graed excavated materials and approved graded river sand as required including loading and unloading , Shuttering and shoring the earth at different levels in foundations where necessary with required prop, struts, planks, timbers, nails etc. including dewatering if necessary, complete for raw water pumping system as per Technical Specifications and all complete as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule IV : Centrifugal Pumps

Design, supply, testing and commissioning Treated Water Pumping machinery in the at the clear water pump room at treatment plant including all necessary electrical and other installation works horizontal split casing type electrically operated centrifugal pump set of with matching drive motor (as per relevant BIS specification) with variable frequency drive where required, all of reputed make and conforming to BIS specification & other regulatory norms, giving a required dicharge of 40 lps and Head: 45.00 M or as per required design against a total maximum head including providing all necessary suction & delivery piping arrangements with control valves & specials viz. foot valve, sluice valve, non return valve etc., electrical switch gear along with required capacity Capacitor bank panel and connection cable of required sizes, arrangement for priming pump with standby provision & priming water tank with suitable staging & required GI piping etc., anti vibratory mountings for the pump set, and including payment of all taxes and duties as applicable, furnishing manufacturer's test certificate & characteristic performance curve of the pump set, all complete and specified as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule V : Electrical Works :

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of all Electrical works for Construction of 11 KV line and 11/.4 KV 25 KVA S/S all intake station (DTW) including electrical motor, electric cables, Transformer, MCC panel, earthing, Cable trench, Cable tray, Gland and lugs, internal lighting & exhaust system , external lighting etc , Providing electrical power connection to Deep Tube Well Site including drawal of electrical power line from the nearby APDCL Grid, setting up of required capacity Sub-Station, providing electrical control panel & metering unit etc. and including obtaining necessary approval from APDCL and payment of supervision & other charges to APDCL, if any, all complete, as specified & directed and all other associated works as per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule VI : Elevated Service Reservoirs

Design, construction, testing and commissioning of 1 Nos Zonal Over head service reservoirs of Circular shape, RCC framed staging and capacities as given below at different locations under the command areas to be served. reservoirs have RCC Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, M.S. ladder with guard ring for ascending to the inspection canopy and then to the Roof of the reservoir, Air Vent pipes, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), all complete and specified as per Employer's Requirements.

Design, construction of Boundary Wall of 2.00 meter height (above GL) and approx size of 325 sqm brick Security Wall with RCC framed structure at proposed new ESR site with MS gate having locking arrangement, wall finished with weather coat cement paint & gate finished with non glossy synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red lead primer), all complete, as directed and specified s per Employer's Requirements.

Schedule IX :Distribution Network

Valve Chambers - Design and Construction of RCC and Brick masonry chambers for valves including cost of reinforcement, PCC (1:4:8) and RCC (M20) work, cost of supply and bending and binding of steel with required shuttering, cost of brick work (230/ 350 mm thick Brickwork in CM 1:6) with plaster (10mm thick of 1:6) from inside and outside , precast slabs and supply and installation of SFRC frame and coves wherever required, including excavation,dewatering, formwork, backfilling, road restoration and all the miscellaneous items of work, but excluding the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. as per specification, approved design and drawings.

Bridge Crossing/River Crossing : Design and Construction of suspension of RCC piller at thye both enbankment of bridge for crossing of distribution pipe line with granular sub-base, construction, M30 grade foundation, pile foundation if necessary with minimum cement content of 350 kg /cum. Steel work in built up tubular with Fe-500D of with deck of width 1.00M of steel plate thickness 5.00mm aprox all complete as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of Engineer..

Schedule IX : Road Restoration Works

Sub Base & Base for restoration of existing asphalt/gravel road: Providing, and constructing granular sub-base with close graded grading-I material for 150 mm compacted thickness and wet mix mecadam with graded stone aggregate for 250 mm thickness including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixing plant, carting to work side, spreading and compacting etc complete for all leads and lifts as per drawing and specification.

Bituminous surface for restoration of existing asphalt road: Providing and laying Bituminous concrete using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. 40/50 mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.

Dismantling & Restoration of paver block roads: Dismantling and Restoration of paverblock roads and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviseable materials separately.
