Earthwork excavation in all classes of Soils and Sub soils except hard rock requiring blasting including initial lead and lift, dressing the excavation upto bed level for Foundation as SS 20 B specification etc., complete - Foundation.

Supplying and filling with filling sand in layers not more than 15 cm thick including labour charges for Filling, Levelling, watering, well rammed and compacted etc., complete - Floor Filling material.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for mixing, laying, compacting and curing concrete etc., complete - Foundation & Base Concrete.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all maerials to site and all labour charges for mixing concrete, placing, ramming, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, consolidation and Curing etc., complete as directed by departmental officers - Sub Structure & Superstructure Concrete works.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete Anti-skid tiles (Required shape and Pattern design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing of walls with Printed design glazed tiles of size 15 cm x15cmx6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with colour cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.

Refilling with excavated soil (other than sand) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement - Basement Inner Filling.

Weathering course with brick jelly lime concrete using 20mm size Brick Jelly with pure Slacked Lime over R.C.C. roof slab in the proportion of 32:12.5 and finshed with Cement mortor 1:4 mix -20mm thick plastering including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying to proper gradient/ slope for water drain and curing etc complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S by 2% weight of cement used and the joint pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with same mortar mixed with water proofing compoud etc., complete.

Plastering with Cement Morter 1:5 mix, 12mm thick Smooth finish for Brick, RR masonry surface and other Concrete surfaces inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all other labour charges, incidental charges etc., complete - Walls Exterior & Interior sides.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Distembering two coats Oil Bound Distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for preparing the surface, scrapping, attaining smooth finish etc., complete (Inner Ceiling/wall sides).

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete - Interior & Exterior wall faces.

Supplying & fixing Water Closet/Wash Basin/HDPE Tank (Indian Made and Western) of Standard approved Quality including all Sanitary fixtures, P or S Trap, Flushing Tank and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Door - Providing and fixing casement doors fabricated from unplasticized polyvinyl chloride (uPVC) sections. Profiles: The profiles should be three chamber system which provides high insulation properties with outer frame 60mm x 55mm with an outer wall thickness of 2.4mm. The window unit should be designed with all corner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windows should be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steel reinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to have dimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x 102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. The profiles should have co-extruded seals.

Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be provided with Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window.

Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm.
