Manufacturing, providing, transporting, rolling, lowering, laying and jointing, testing and commissioning of MS specials of minimum 10 mm thick conforming to IS 7322:1985 with latest amendments, perfect linking and welding of joints to correct position including cost and conveyance of materials with all lead and lifts, cost of all labour and giving satisfactory hydraulic test as per IS 3589:2001 with latest amendments for test pressure and working pressure both at factory and site etc., complete as per detailed specifications with inside lining two coats of food grade epoxy painting of approved make with each coat of 250 micron, thick (after dry) over one coat of food grade epoxy primer of approved make with minimum of 50 micron thick (after dry) and outside 25mm thick coating in CM 1:3 by providing 50x50mm weld mesh including loading and unloading of pipes for the following category to suit PSC/ MS/ CI/ AC/ DI/ PVC pipes. The weight of the MS shell only be considered before lining and coating for arriving at the rate. The thickness of plate will be specified by the engineer. Taking out the existing MS pipeline from trench[ 2.4 to 3.0 m deep] including cutting it into suitable sizes, taking it out of trench and shifting it manually withing a lead of 100 m, including stacking ofpipes where the site is motorable /in slope terrain etc wherever required as per the direction of Engineer-in –Charge—900 mm dia MS pipe.

Cost of cutting joint of existing 900 mm dia MS pipe[10 mm thick] at the site at the same level as per site condition .

Transportation of 900 mm dia MS pipe on a departmental truck including loading, unloading etc of all lead to the store of Municipal Corporation , Fardabad as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and obtaining the receipt of the same handing it over to E-in Charge.

[a]Electric welding of flanges, bends, reducer, including cost of electrode, cost of hiring welding machine, cost of manpower involved complete including the cost of of flanges, etc complete required for making the connection between existing pipe /valves and proposed 900 mm [10 mm thick] MS pieline at the same invert level as per site conditon. [b] Cost of MS bolts . nuts of suitable sizes for 900 mm dia MS pie[10 mm thick] for jointint of flanges of existing and proposed new pipeline.

Filling of water into water main to the specified head, water to be arranged by sinking of tube well and pumping out the underground water and filling the same into water main including installation of pumps of sufficient capacity and head, providing and fixing delivery and suction pipe etc., all complete and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.--900 mm DIA MS pipe

Disinfecting water mains by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the NABL accredited ISO certified laboratory.
