Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement:6sand:12graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.: a) Foundation and plinth.

Prov. and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts complete in all respect in:-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting , strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

a)Foundation footings bases of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete.`

b) Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1 :2: (1cement:1sand:2 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) In foundatin and plinth.

a) Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:-

a) Foundation footings, bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.

b) Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness)attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. a) Tor steel.

Providing and laying of No fine concrete in cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4graded stone agg.20mm to 10mm nominal size )in walls. Complete in all respect as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4(1cement:2sand:4graded stone agg.20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts. a) 40mm thick.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of redlead paint:.with in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.a) In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Manufacturing and fixing of manifold distributor of G.I.Pipe 65mm dia with 25mm dia outlets including cutting, welding and fixing at site as per standard design and drawing as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including all leads and lifts.

Prov. and fixing brass full way valve with wheel of superior quality including all leads and lifts In :-

Prov. and placing in horizontal layer filtering media duly graded ,screened, washed and cleaned as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.Complete in all respect including all leads and lifts in:-

i) Broken stone 50mm to 75mm.

Prov. in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand).Complete in all respect including all leads and lift.

Prov. 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mmx 200mmx 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts.

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes(Light grade) i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect .Labour rate only.

Manufacturing and fixing of G.I.Pipe (Dismentalled pipe to be issued by the deptt.) fencing pole by cutting, welding of pipe 32mm to 50mm dia with necessary M.S. hooks for fixing of square wire mesh complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Supplying and fixing of welded steel wire mesh fabric as per IS: 4948-2002 with all latest amendments made out of galvanised steel wire (as per IS: 280-1978) IS: 4826-1979 mesh size 50mmx 50mm wire dia 3.15mm fixing with M.S. equal angle 25mmx 25mm, 3mm thick & G.I.pipe (dismentalled) fencing poles with hooks or nuts and bolts complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Manufacturing and fixing of G.I.Pipe (Dismentalled pipe to be issued by the deptt.) gate 1.00x 1.50 mtrs. by cutting and welding of pipes as per standard design and drawing including locking arrangement complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.
