Taking down old UNSV ACSR conductor, any type and size from the poles and supply and fixing new ACSR conductor including stringing on LT poles complete including aluminium binding wires, jumpering, bindings at insulators etc, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and S&F Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No-1 (loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete measured separately) with stay rod 16mm dia, MS plate 6mm thick size 230x230mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and M&L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color and fixed with MS clamps , bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT 20x15mm size.

Dismantling old unsv and M&L for anti-climbing device, spikes type fabricated out of MS bars (round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts,washer and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole.

Dismantling old unsv andS&F Loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain white , brown, green small size with overall dimensions 65mm x 90mm clearance of hole 16mm, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv andS&F in replacement of Galvanized stay strand, size 7/4mm, incl taking down the old unserviceable stay wire, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fixing of shock treatment chart as per E-in-C's pattern size 2 feet x 4 feet aluminium board with alluminium frame & glass with houging aggrements all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply and fix in replacement to existing 1x18 Watt CFL post top light fitting with Decorative LED Post Top Lantern with transparent difuser of cap 20 Watt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying & fixing in replacement of street light fitting GI bracket made out of 40mm bore GI pipe, light grade, tubing bend to shape, 1.2 metre long, fixed to pole/wall with and including two sets of clamps made out of flat iron of size 50 x 6 mm with bolts, nuts and washers, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of clamps made out of 40x6 mm bending to shape, drilling holes for bolts suitable for fixing GI pipe bracket to steel pole, made in two halves, including nuts, bolts, washers and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv andS&F Steel water tubing, light grade, galvanised (ISI marked), 50 mm bore with all fittings, laid in trenches/ under roads or fixed to poles for passing cables for protection of cables, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 3.5 core, complete, all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 16 Sqmm 4 core, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty LT cable 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor laid in trenches, on poles, through pipes, fixed to walls etc cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 sq. Mm 3.5 core confirming to IS specification including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of cable LT XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 240 sq. Mm 3.5 core confirming to IS specification including taking out existing unserviceable cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Streching of loose ACSR conductor including jumpering, binding,etc all as required in LT OH line, complete, all as directed. Note:- Disconnecting the existing security light or cable connection before stringing and reconnecting after stringing is included in the rates quoted.

Supply in replacement aluminium extruded energy efficient 30W inverter RTC street light with inbuilt RTC for auto ON/OFF & must have diming facility from 10 to 100 %, IP66 ingress protection having inbuilt Li-ion battery of 5200mAH LED .

Dismantling old unsv and Supply & filling transformer oil (ISI marked) tested upto 50 KV.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of GI wire as earth wire of size 4mm dia as required at site complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of connection/Junction box made out of 1.6mm thick MS sheet front openable, weather & vermin proof including painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red primer. Connection box shall be suitable for housing & including aluminium bus bar 25 Amps cap - 2 Nos, MCB SP 6 Amps- 01 No and having provision of cable hole in bottom for two to three cables of size 16 Sqmm 4 core armoured cable connection box shall be fitted on street light pole and fixing arrangements i.e. MS clamps etc deemed to be provided by the contractor, size of box - 200 x 150 x 100mm, complete, all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of double walled corrugated HDPE duct pipe of 63 mm outer dia confirming to IS-14930 (Part-II) of approved colour with fittinggs for cable protection complete all as specified and direcetd.

Dismantling old unsv and Supplying & fixing in replacement of non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium grade 20 mm dia ISI marked to be fixed on pole with all fittings including mouth pieces for passing of sub main wiring, complete, all as directed.

Dismantling old unsv andM&L Cable PVC insulated PVC unsheathed un-armoured copper conductor (multi stranded) of cross sectional area 2.5 sqmm 2 core all as required for connections to light fittings, complete, all as directed.

M&L for fuse barrel assy upto 25 Amp, ISI marked complete, all as specified and directed.

M&L for Painting of steel tubular pole 9.0 & 11 metre long, by applying two coat of aluminium paint after scraping / brushing and cleaning the rust on pole and cross arms. Aluminium painting will be done on pole above 1.5 metre height from ground level and balance 1.5 mtr from ground level will be painted by alternate layer of black and yellow enameled paint (30 Cms each). Pole Nos will be written on pole by black paint in white circle of 150mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed. Note:- Only one coat will be applied at one time and payment at 50% of coated rate to be applied at the first time of first coat. Second coat is to be done more than 30 days after first coat.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth, for foundations, laying of pipes etc and not exceeding 10Sqm on plan for manholes etc and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in any type of soil, complete, all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance not exceeding 50metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying reiforced precast cable cover class LV Type I flat size 250mmmx 150mm x40 mm for the protection of cable laid flat dry across the cable complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing and replacement power contractor 4 Pole 415 volt AC1 rating 400 Amp incl neseccary electrical connection as per directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Taking down old unsv LT panel board including disconnecting all electric connection and accessories,Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of CPRI approved LT distribution panel floor mounted outdoor type, weather / vermin proof, made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet duly powder coated, mounted on 75x75x6mm (ISA7575) iron angles frame of height 45 cm from PCC bedding, factory assembled compartmentalized construction, free standing type, 3 phase and neutral 600 amps current carrying capacity copper bus bar with epoxy insulated coating with colour code and insulated support, cable galleries inter connectiong bus bar connection / linkage complete and conforming to IS 8623 and IP 54 class of protection as per IS 2147 complete of suitable size to accomodate the items given below, including making connection of cables of incoming and outgoing with thimble / lugs, including the accessories as below complete and mounting the panel board on gound / floor with PCC (1:3:6) beddding upto a height of 30cm above ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for renewal of Earthling of poles/system with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts,bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut , bolt and washers. GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to exisiting system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr ling fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as Electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion. (Note:- GI strip and GI pipe beyond 7.5M long shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fix in replacement of sheet metal enclosure, Triple pole and neutral AC, 415 volts, 04 way, with 200 Amps rated copper bus bar and IP - 42& IK 09 protection including provision of four pole 100 Amp isolator and MCBs of cap 20 to 40 Amps as incomer with metal double door and flush to wall including all cutting etc on wall and making good including two coats of white / colour washing / distempering etc to match the existing disturbed surfaces complete all as directed by Engineer - in - Charge.

Dismantling old unsv and Supply & fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole 'C' series 630 amps capacity AC 415 V,35kA complete all as specified and directed.
