Disconnection of all electric connection from the Panel and Dismantling/Removing of DG set from the base frame foundation after cutting the base frame foundation nut bolts & stud using by gas cutter etc. and lifting the DG set from the base frame with the help of Hydra and shifting using by truck at Yamuna Vihar SPS.

Dismantling/removing of air duct with the help of men and materials etc.

Making of RCC foundation of (3.2 m X 1.2 m X 0.61 m) by cement concrete M-60, P/Fixing of foundation bolt with threaded and heavy-duty nut with washer of size 600 x 25 mm - 8 Nos.

Making of M.S. base frame made out by the M.S C Channel of Size (200 mm x 90 mm), 8mm thick (size of frame 2.82 m x 0.66 m) and support of base frame using by M.S C Channel of Size (125 mm x 65 mm), 6mm thick & (100 mm x 50 mm), 5mm thick and as per site requirement & as per the direction of engineer In Charge.

S/o Nut bolt & Washer as per site requirement.

Providing and fixing new Duct from GI sheet of size (1m X 1 m - 02 Nos.), (1.8 m X 1m - 1 No.), (0.9m X 0.0254m- 08 Nos.), 5mm thick this work also include the fixing of exiting dismantled duct on DG set.

Installation of DG set with the help of hydra on newly constructed M.S. base frame with the help of nut bolts, washers other required tools & tackle etc.

Painting charges of complete system.

Supply of On load change over 400 amp, 4 pole. (Make: -ABB/C&S/Siemens/L&T and other approved make of DJB)

Fabrication/Supply & Installation of 01 No. floor mounted cubical panel of size 600(W) X 1000(H) X 500 (D) mm made out of 14/16 SWG CRCA sheet dust proof & duly powder coated i/c Fixing of On load change over 400 amp, 4 pole and making incoming & outgoing extended links with aluminum strip duly sleeved with heat shrinkable sleeve with insulators support etc. this job also include the all required material. (Note: Panel shall have required space and arrangement to terminate 2 Nos. incoming and 1 No. outgoing aluminium armored cables having minimum of size (3 X 150 sq mm.) and other material required like insulators, heat shrinkable sleeve, bake lite nuts & bolts, aluminium thimbles, ferrules, rubber packing and including small civil work etc.

Supply & fixing of Moulded case circuit breakers (MCCB) of 36KA tripping of 250 Amps with 4 pole spreader link set. (Make: -Havells, Siemens, L&T and other approved make of DJB)

Providing of 3X 150 Sq mm PVC insulated and PVC sheathed Aluminum armoured cable. Make:-Gloster/Grandly/Havells/CCI and other approved make of DJB

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ Aluminum (3x 150 sq. mm) armoured cable. (clamped with 25/40 X3mm M.S flat clamp)

Supply & fixing of perforated painted with powder coating M.S cable tray of size (450mm width X 50mm depth, 2mm thick) joined with connectors including bolts & nuts etc.

Minor Civil work for air duct and Exhaust Fan.

Making of electrical connection of changeover with panel and DG set by proper cable thimbling termination, door cutting etc as per the site requirement this job also include the all required equipments, items used at site for connection including manpower like electrician etc.

Testing & Commissioning of complete system on no load and full load.
