Repair & Alignment of Heating Safety Cover with the Replacement of damage sheet with New M.S sheet as per requirement & 03 nos. Heating Air Duct (01 No. on the top & 02 Nos. on both side) by cutting, Welding & proper alignment at in aliganj workshop.

Repair of Heating chamber with proper alignment & balancing by welding & grinding & all joints in the chamber are proper sealed to stop the leakage of the temp. & outer chamber painted with hammer tone paints & inner with heat resistant aluminium paint.

Balancing of Straight Front door with Locking arrangement provided & fitted new door gasket(as required) on the front of the door.

Provided high grade non hygroscopic k- factor glass wool insulation (As per Requirement) to filled the gaps between the walls to prevent any heat loss and constant temp. in the Heating chamber.

Repairing & maintenance of damaged motor foundation of heating chamber installed in workshop with MS angle & sheets or using welding wherever required including complete repairing labour and material charges at site.

Repairing & maintenance floor inside of heating chamber with cement, morang & gitti ratio 1:2:3
