Consultancy services for structure audit in following buildings to find out distressed roof slabs and preparation of detailed project report and structure design and drawings of these roof slabs/beams/chajjas/ walls and check present condition of structures and also find out: 1. List of buildings which has structurally sound and floor slabs/roof slabs/beams/chajjas/columns/walls of these building can be repairs in normal maintenance. 2. Prepare structure design and drawings of balance distressed roof slabs/beams/columns/chajjas etc. as per IS 456: 2000, IS 1893: 2016 & IS 13920: 2016(with latest revision) with loading in accordance of IS 875 & IS 1893. The seismic provisions shall be incororated for zone IV. (a) Consultant shall solely be responsible for arrangement of T & P, transportation and residence etc for their staff without any extra cost. (b) The consultant required to be submitted the detailed project report and drawings in four hard copy along with a soft copy in CD & shall be vetted for IIT/NIT only. : (c) Details of Buildings and area as mentioned in list of building of particular Specification 'NOTE -1: Consultancy for health assessment of building/structures repair/ retrofitting work including: the following deliverables will be provided for the proposed Health Assessment Job a) Visual Inspection Report. b) NDT & Non-NDT Test Reports. c) Health Assessment report including interpretation of test results, statistical & comparative analysis, suggestion/recommendation of repair/retrofitting methods including methodology for retrofitting works, material specification, work specification, detailed estimate for verification of quantities/specification as per related items of BOQ for buildings under the scope. d) Identify all the deteriorated Elements by Visual Inspection.

e) Ascertain the residual strength of those elements from DT/NDT tests. f) Recommendation to strengthen the elements. g) Recommendation for Economic repairing/retrofitting technologies. h) Detailed repair methodology as per deteriorated Elements location details. i) Item Specification and work specification in terms of safety, materials, manpower & equipment. j) Visit at site during the construction period. k) Submit the detailed estimate for Structural retrofitting items.. m) Checking of the strength of repaired members. n) The consultant shall be present at all times during the execution of the structural repair scheme for technical supervision being highly technical job. 'NOTE-2 : Testing and reporting of Rebound Hammer Test, USPV Test, Half Cell Potentital Test, Carbonation Test, Cover Meter Test, Rebar Scan Test, Core Test for Concrete, Chemical tests (PH,Chlorides & Sulphates on core cut samples) 'NOTE-3 : As per E-in-C's Branch policy in vogue a qualified specialist firm with experience and provn track record in the field of structural audit will only be contracted/hired for structural audit/retrofitting and structural repair. NOTE-4 : All Buildings/ structural audit/retrofitting and structural repairs executed based as the latest Technology in vogue.

Demolition of brick or strone / boulder work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete upto 4th storey all as specified and directed.

Material and labour brick work with flyash brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius , built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Old size bricks)

Taking down cement plaster of any description, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:6) on other than fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface all complete in all respect as specified.(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L for plaster on ceiling 5 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) on concrecte surface , surface finished even and fair with out using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.(upto 04 storey High of building)

M&L for Rendering 20mm thick in two layers (Top 10mm thick rendering coat mixed with water proofing compound shall be laid over 10mm thick plastered surface) with CM (1:4) on of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement to match the existing surface complete in all respect as specified.(upto 04 storey High of building) Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying 20 mm thick in CM 1:2 (mixed with integral water proofing compound) for likage/cracks etc. to horizontal or vertical surfaces of brick work including necessary formwork after applying evenly a coat of blown type bitumen at the rate of 1.50 kg/sqm and blinding with clean dry sand @ 0.05 cum/sqm applied on verticle surface of wall complete all as specified by Eng-in-Charge. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives@ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over a coat of 1.5mm thick wall care putty over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring in steps 20-25 mm thick over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Machine cut kota stone slab 20-25mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over cement screed and jointed over 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing etc complete all as specified and directed.
