Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris out of MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, unframed work in any position,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including similar pattern roof covering.complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets any thickness including cover fillets.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq.m and n exc 2 sq.m each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1 Sqm each.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish out side MD land at the location decided by the Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar (1:4) and even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound wherever required .complete all as specified and directed. Note :WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M&L for joint free Non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match coloured tiles.complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 13 above hereinbefore but in skirting including necessary cutting of tiles.

M&L for second class hardwood as in scantlings clean sawn timber framed and fixed. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick plywood, grade BWR,type BB, fixed with nails to timber frame work as in walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass ( any thickness,size,quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads. Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable point wiring of any description/type/ size of light/fan/tube/power/two way/bell etc on TW batten/conduit including removal of batten / conduit / gutties / wooden boards / switches / sockets / regulators/ light fittings etc and removal of unserviceable material out of site and making good the disturbed surfaces of wall/ceiling so as to match with the existing finishes .complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal area 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing-capping/conduit of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC board with cover of suitable size for housing/mounting the switches/socket etc including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuty wire connected to common earth dolly for one light/exhaust fan point control by one switch.one way compleate all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 52 here- in- above but with stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated multistranded FRLS copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly.
