Dismantling of Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition Mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) in roof kerbs/Padding in slope 1:40, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP based polymeric membrane (not less than 3mm thick , weight not less than 3.5Kg per Sqm, reinforced with polyster non-woven fabric ( weighting not less than 150 gm/ Sqm ) laid by torch application method with side overlap 75mm and on end 100mm as per manufacture's instructions over a coat of hot paving bitumen of grade 30/40 conforming to IS 73 @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS -1984 @ 0.40 Kg /Sqm and applying two coats of aluminium paint over APP membrane over and including 15mm thick plaster in cm 1:4 using liquid WPC as per manufacture instruction over RCC roof complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning/preparation surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick average consolidated thickness, mud phuska on flat roofs including 25mm thick mud plaster and but including 3 mm thick leeping plaster complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 40mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing 40mm thick brick tiles as obtained serviceable after demolition from Item No 01 laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush pointing to brick laid flat or brick tiles in paving on roof or floor in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition RCC and removing all disintegrated and loose concrete of any thickness including plaster if any in roof slab, removing all loose rust / scale from exposed reinforcement bars by using wire brushes and sand paper including cleaning of exposed surfaces of reinforcement and tied reinforcement bars/IRC fabric 50mm x 50mm x 12gauge if required to reinforcement concrete bonding to exposed surfaces after treatment of rust remover and rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The Cost for treatment including supply and applying of rust remover and rebar corrosion protection system to be measured and paid separately. The cost of IRC 50mm x 50mm x 12gauge or reinforcement bars also shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and apply of rust remover cum passivator to remove rust from existing reinforcement by using product as approved by GE, with density 1.01 Kg/ltr at 30 degree celsius and consumption : 0.2 Kg/Sqm/coat complete all as specified and directed. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar.)

Supply and apply a cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system to existing reinforcement using cement based polymer modified rebar corrosion protection system with consumption : 3.75 kg/Sqm for two coats and Product requirements: carbonation resistance: 2 mm of chemical compound as approved by GE corresponds to 20 mm of normal mortar; bond strength > 1N / Sqmm according to ASTM C 882-78 complete all as specified and directed. Note: The mtrl to be applied thoroughly on exposed rebars only with the help of a brush of suitable size. The area will be measured as length of bar x two times the dia of bar)

Providing and applying Sika Monotop 122F single component, dual srinkage compensated thixotropic high strength formulation trawlable mortar an average thickness not less than 20mm thick on ceiling, beam and, column, joint over a bond coat of sika latex (1:4:6) water cement and sika latex consumption @ 200 gm/sqm on the RCC roof, beam, column or ceiling. The PMM should have compressive strength > 45 MPa in 28 days as per ASTM C 109 (7 cm cube) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only IRC 50mm x 50mm x 12 gauge weld mesh cut to length bend to shap required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm or fixing with galvanised steel staples fixed to steel members with nut and bolt or fixed to RCC work or ceiling surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
