Carrying out Wet Servicing of existing one no Window/ Split type AC units upto 2.0TR capacity complete with complete cleaning and washing of indoor and outdoor units ,Cleaning of filter,Checking /inspection of all the electrical components and connections for its tightness, checking of electrical parts for proper functioning, Checking out all controls ,Minor Rectification of damaged indoor and out door wiring , Providing necessary tape and thimbles, including visit and inspection charges complete in all respect ,testing and commissiong etc. complete as required at site.

Replacement of following type new Compressor of 1.5/2.0 TR for Split /Window AC unit i/c fixing , brazing , leak testing etc. as required ( The faulty compressor shall be handed over to the agency . The agency shall consider suitable credit for defective compressor while quoting the item)

SITC of Rotary Type Compressor suitable for 1.5 TR split AC /High Sensible AC .

SITC of reciprocating Type Compressor suitable for 1.5 TR AC Unit .

Supplying and Charging of fresh refrigerant in the existing Window AC/Split AC units of following capacity including Vacuum testing, Pressure / leakage testing of referigerant Circuit and arresting the same if any by brazing / flaring the leak points i/c vacuumization, complete as per manufacturer/departmental specifications, etc as required at site.

A) 1.5 TR window AC unit with Referigerant R-22

A) 1.5 TR Split AC unit with Referigerant R-22

Supplying and Top up Charging of fresh refrigerant in the existing Window AC/ Split AC/ Package AC units unit complete as per manufacturer/ departmental specifications, etc as required at site.

A) Referigerant gas R-22

Repairing of the following faulty Components of existing Split / window type AC units including Dismantling ,Repairing ,Replacement , Reinstallation and labour Charges complete in all respect for the same, making interconnection, testing and Commissioning etc as reqd at site.

Rewinding of Condenser fan Motor of 1.5 / 2 TR Split AC

Supplying and Fixing/Replacement of following items in the existing faulty Window AC/Split AC units complete with interconnections, testing etc. as required. (Note: i)The faulty Material /compressor shall be handed over to the agency . ii)The agency shall consider suitable buyback price while quoting for the item iii)The disposing of the dismantalled as per the norms of the Central / State pollution control board )

Supplying and fixing of Blower of Split AC Unit

Supplying and fixing of Condenser fan blade

Supplying and fixing PVC nylon wire braided of suitable size condenser water drain pipe complete as required.

Supplying and fixing following way, single pole and neutral,sheet steel, MCB distribution board, 240 V, on surface/ recess,complete with tinned copper bus bar, neutral bus bar, earth bar, din bar, interconnections, powder painted including earthing etc. as required. (But without MCB/RCCB/Isolator)

Dismantling of Existing one no 1.5 /2.0 TR Window/Split /High Sensible Split Air Conditioner unit complete with Indoor and Outdoor unit , Stand, Piping, Cable on MS tray / Wall, Removing existing Distribution Board, MCBs, Timers, (Pump down of refrigerant) and associated items and cleaning of indoor & out door units, making good the damage,minor civil work etc. as required.

Installation, Testing and commissioning of wall mounted Split AC unit upto 2.0 TR capacity complete with indoor and outdoor units , installation of outdoor Condenser unit on existing M.S. stand, indoor unit on existing wall, providing nut bolts, making adequate hole in the wall for entry of copper pipes/tray, closing of holes, air gaps etc. after installation making testing commissioning etc. complete as reqd i/c fixing of existing Copper refrigerent piping brazing, leakage test ,Wet servicing of Window / Split AC unit greasing of Fan motor, replacement of bush/bearing of fan / blower Motor, cleaning of condenser coil with caustic soda, washing of filters i/c removing and refixing AC unit, testing complete etc. as reqd.

Installation, Testing & commissioning of 1.5 TR Window A.C. unit on the existing MS Stand & making hole in existing window with properly finshing & minor civil work etc. complete as required.

Supplying of factory fabricated, powder coated M.S. stand set complete with suitable for mounting of Condenser/Outdoor Unit of 1.5 /2 TR split Air Conditioning unit including Fixing on wall with anchor fastener etc. complete as required.(1 set comprises of 2 no's brackets).

Providing and Wrapping of expanded polyethylene foam tube (heat lon) insulation on the existing refrigerent piping complete with clamping etc. as reqd.

For 1/2” Copper refrigeration pipe

For 1/4” Copper refrigeration pipe .

Supply & Fixing following size copper refrigerent pipes if required at site I/c cutting, bending, brazing etc. complete as reqd during installation.

SITC of 300 mm sweep fresh air fan With metalic body and net i/c connection with 2x1.5 sqmm cu. Conductor FR PVC cable etc as reqd at site. ( M/s Havels Ventilair-DB Neo or Equivalent model of Usha,Bajaj,Khaitan , or other similar superior make ).

SITC of 450 mm sweep and 900 r/min (RPM) Single Phase Heavy duty Exhaust fan With metalic body and protection /louvers in front i/c making interconnection with 2x1.5 sqmm cu. Conductor FR PVC cable etc as reqd at site. ( M/s Havels Turbo Force 1P with SKU no FHEHDSPDB189 or Equivalent model of Usha,Bajaj,Khaitan , or other similar superior make ).

Providing and Making Opening in all type of wall for installation of Exhaust fan upto 450mm size including making good the damage , minor Civil work etc as reqd at site .

Providing and fixing plain 16/0.20mm (0.50Sqmm) Twin circular flexible FRLS PVC insulated ,PVC sheathed copper conductor cable direct on the wall with PVC clips etc as required

Providing one no ,Daily/ weekly Programmable, Electronic Timer switch, suitable for operation on single phase 240Volt AC supply, fixing the same in the existing MCBDB , making interconnection testing etc. as required at site (Make L&T GiC or similar superior make)
