Excavation over areas not exc 1.5m deep for foundation etc and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil (from available soil) complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work, vertical or to batter for rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-30 (Design mix) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations including rafts, footings, foundation beams, bases for columns, mass concrete and the like complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Reinforcement & formwork shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and bending with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia, complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 10 here-in-above but 6 to 8mm dia.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on external faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) mixed and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified. Note :- Excavation & earthwork shall be measured & paid for separately.
