Taking down cement plaster on brick / concrete surfaces built in cement mortar including raking out joints, bading for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar, including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position and remove debris outside from MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-neck,etc. (measured over all as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc. 500 & n exc. 1000 litre capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item 06 above but exc. 1000 & n exc. 2000 litre capacity

Material and labour for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius and built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing false ceiling with powder coated exposed GI grid suspension system (E-Grid T-2430 or equivalentload carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exc. 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c) consisting of main runner 3600mm long, cross Tee 1200mm/600mm long and wall angle. The main runners to be placed @ 1200mm, the cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre cut slots of main runner at a regular interval of 600mm to form a modular grid of 1200mmX600mm. Additional cross Tees of 600mm shall be placed perpendicular to the cross tee 1200mm long to finally form a grid of 600mmX600mm. Grid of modular size 600mmX600mm shall be supported by 4 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins/soffit with and including 4mm thick high pressure steam cured non asbestos fiber cement designer ceiling board (Density>1200Kg/Cum) of size 595mmX595mm, confirming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS 1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4, 5, 6, 7 & 8, complete all as per manufacturer's instruction and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for POP false ceiling using 600X900x12 mm thick plaster of paris with gypsum binder sheet decorative type and necessary provision for concealed type light fittings, fixed on 22 gauge GI channel grid work, main joist of size 50x25 mm spaced at 750 mm centre, secondary joist of size 75X20 mm fixed to main joists spaced at 900mm, suspended to roof members using 25x25x2 mm GI angles and fasteners @ 1.2 M C/C, including dismantling old un serviceable false ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for rolled mild steel sections of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A, as in post, runners, rafters, purlins, steps etc fixed with connecting plates including bending, welding etc including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel plates of Grade Fe 410-W, (Gde- E-250) quality-A as in connecting pletes, base plate etc. welding etc including dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 15 above but plain sheets as in ridges / flashing.

Material and labour for 1.5 mm thick galvanised steel sheet as in valley gutters fixed with rivets or other suitable arrangements over MS brackets Trapezoidal shape of required profile with desired slope etc. at any height including dismantling of old valley gutters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, as roof kerbs / padding, using Pidiproof LW+ water proofing chemical of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as per manufacturer's instruction etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Water Proofing Chemical shall be measured and paid seperately).

Material and labour for the roof surface thoroughly wire brushed, washed and dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive bituminous primer, apply bituminous based cold applied primer @ 270 to 300 gms/Sqm manufactured by the same agency as that of APP all as per manufacturers instructions. Laying 5 layered, 4 mm thick APP (A tactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 75mm in longitudinal complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Add Note : Rates quoted shall be including disconnecting & refixing of existing AC outdoor units / lighting conductor / lighting arrester / or any other obstructing material etc if required as per site condition complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete tiles 25CmX25CmX22 mm thick, machine pressed,(with grey cement & no pigments), set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick bedding layers in CM 1:3. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for making the Chajjah tops surface clean, free from dust dirt, grease, oil, followed by applying 2 coats of approved Rubberized / polymer water proofing treatment POLY ALK WP or equivalent of approved make as per the manufacturer’s instruction complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for taking down, chipping and removing the loose, split, damaged cement concrete, cement mortor surfaces of RCC Columns, beams, walls, chajjah etc and exposing the reinforced cement, wire brushing and cleaning the exposed steel reinforced bar, applying rust remover over the cleaned re-bar surface wash the re-bar with clean water for removing all rusts from the old re-bar surfaces, fixing new reinforcement for strengthen the members as required, applying two coats of epoxy zinc primer on new and old steel surfaces, saturate the substrate with water applying one coat of polymer modified bond coat on affected concrete surfaces and finally providing polymer modified cement and quartz sand mortor in CM 1:3 mix , 40mm thk in two coats, using polymer as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (New reinforcement and MS Sections will be measured and paid separately)

Material & labour for providing and applying jacketing around columns / beams / other RCC members with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor / deficient reinforcement as per manufacturer's specification complete. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately. (Rates quoted shall be including jacketing, formwork and micro concrete). complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing welded steel wire fabric, cut to length, fixed to steel members / reinforcement steel, weight per Sqm not exc. 4 Kg complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for TMT mild steel bars,10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 25 above but 6 mm to 8 mm diaas in stirrups complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for erection & dismantling of MS tubular double scaffolding (H frame) upto height of 30m & with necessary brazing, provision of necessary safety equipment to the skilled workers to carry out the work and covering with green cloths for carrying out external face work of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortat bedding but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular ) polished dark shade, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neet cement slurry and pointed white or coloured cement to match the dark shade of the tiles, with and including screed bed in CM 1:6, 20 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 29 above but as in skirting including 10mm thick rendering in CM. 1:4 as backing coat etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles with and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450X350X7mm thick with and including 10 mm thick cm (1:4) backing coat and Triangular filliting at top of skirting, set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Hard wear stone (of any type) granite stone slab 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Hard wear stone 20mm thick (of any type) granite stone slab machine cut in skirting/dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing of type and including 10 mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B I using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in floor finished cement concrete surfaces even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 160mm dia PVC (SWR) grade pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls with and including fixing clips, bends, elbow, shoes bends etc including taking down complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:- Measurment shall be taken along the centre line of the pipes.)

Supply and fixing rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of capacity 500ltr (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including dismantling of existing tanks and remove to store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in ceiling finishing the surface even and smooth finish complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces in ceiling , applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for plastering in CM 1:4, 20 mm thick in two coats (15 mm under coat plus 5mm finishing coat) with water proofing compound at the rate of 2% by weight of cement and finishing the surface seven and fair complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. . (WPC will be measured and paid seperately).

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces, over 10cm girth, applying two coats of 100% acrylic, weather resistant emlusion over a coat of exterior wall primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. and as per manufacturer's instruction.

Removing excavated material & debris exc. 1.50 Km but n exc. 15 Km and depositing where directed, in soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
