Taking out old unserviceable seat of chair writing steel , supply & fix new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with mouled polyurethene foam 50 mm thick and 50 density with PVC lipping all round and covered with acrylic / poly propylene fabric ( cost not less than Rs 300 per RM) and complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old unserviceable back of chair writing steel , supply & fix new seat made of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood with mouled polyurethene foam 50 mm thick and 50 density with PVC lipping all round and covered with acrylic / poly propylene fabric ( cost not less than Rs 300 per RM) and complete all as shown on drawing.

Taking out old broken / unserviceable arm rest of chair writing steel ,supply & fix arm rest all as per drawing

Preparation of old painted surface by scraping , rubbing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black) to MS tubular frame of chair writing steel.

Taking out unserviceable / broken mild steel frame of chair writing steel ,supply and fix new frame as per existing duly painted all as per drawing and as directed

Chair Steel Tubular with arms : FD-75(m)

Removing of unserviceable seat frame of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix new seat frame made out of second class hard wood duly shaped and finished alround with two coats of black paint over a coat of wood primer and canned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick and 2 mm wide half round and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane, superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) etc, complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing of unserviceable back frame of chair CB steel with arms, supply and fix new back and frame made out of second class hard wood duly shaped and curved the top and finished alround with two coats of black paint over a coat of wood primer and canned with white plastic cane of 0.4 mm thick and 2 mm wide half round and border with 3 mm wide white plastic cane superior quality (Godrej pattern weave) and including provision of 04 Nos hard rubber shoes and rubber cap for conduit pipe as per drawing etc complete all as per drawings and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable hand rest from chair CB steel with arms supply and fix new PVC arm rest of required shape and size as per drawing and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable hard rubber shoes from chair steel tubular with arms , supply and fix new hard rubber shoe all as per drawing and as specified.

Removing the existing unserviceable rubber cap for conduit pipe from chair steel tubular with arms , supply and fix new rubber cap all as per drawing and as specified.

Preparing the deteriorated/damaged portion of chair steel tubular with arms by cutting ,providing new mild steel frame of 20 mm dia conduit pipe of medium grade of required length and shape by proper welding and applying one coats of white enamel paint over a coat of metal primer all as per drawings and as directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surface of chair steel tubular with arms by derusting/ scrubbing/dusting,applying metal putty of approved quality and colour where required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair Dining JCO/OR :FD/MAP-II/05

Removing the existing unserviceable pvc seat frame from chair dinning , supply and fix new pvc seat frame (Make : AMKO/Comfo/Harmony) all as per drawing and as specified.

Removing the existing unserviceable stiffner from chair dinning , supply and fix new stiffner all as per drawing and as specified.

Removing the following unserviceable components of various MES F/DB/FD/MAP furniture items or similar items carefully without disturbing the adjoining parts and S&F new components in lieu of old unserviceable components including tightening the joints, pinning, screwing, nailing, wedging, glueing,providing hinges, placing everypart in-tact the disturbed portion, as applicable as per drgs and as directed by EIC and work shall be executed at OTM / Md Accn / different User Units of GE(MIS) Mhow including BSO's Furniture Yard etc complete

Removing the unserviceable back ,supply and fix new back made of 40 density PU foam (make-Godrej/Sleepwell "PRIMO") with 100 mm thick and upholstery of cloth of cost not less than Rs. 350 per meter colur and shade & quality as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed.
