Demolition of Building No .P-40,P-80, Perimeter wall 12 Mtr and Hardstanding, Part of Building T-80 as indicated in site plan [Drg No S/2323/02 sheet 1/1], Compound wall of length 28.14m including foundation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

WATER SUPPLY:-Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit chambers of internal dimension of 600 X 600 X 600 mm suitable for sluice/stop valve up to 200mm size, with PCC (1:4:8) (100mm thick) type D-2 for foundation, brick masonry work built in CM 1:6, plastering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound, coping in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 including necessary earth work, form work and provision of MS sheet cover using 3.00mm thick on 40 X 40 X 6 mm angle iron frame fixed with flat iron frame with locking arrangement including painting of MS Sheet & angle with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

ROAD:-Material and labour for Cleaning and preparing the road surfaces for road marking with reflective thermoplastic white road marking paint conforming to BIS 3262 laid down through road marking machine in a layer of CRYSTALEX; 2mm thick by incorporating the white glass powder for reflectivity in 100 to 150mm width in white or golden yellow colour complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Road marking paint shall conform to MOST 803.4, Ver.III (Specification for thermoplastic road marking material). (ii) The colour, width and layout of road markings shall be in accordance with the code of practice for road markings with paints, IRC:35

COMPOND WALL:-Material and labour for Applying to coat of antifungal exterior emulsion paint to newly plastered surface including preparation complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING:- Supply and lay 150 mm dia UPVC pipe incl all fittings (Schedule -40) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Drilling 250mm dia bore with drill/reverse rotary rig circulation method including electronic logging through in any kind of soil strata from ground level up to 25m depth in any strata including excavated material/soil exc 5Km but not exc 10Km and depositing outside of MoD land where directed complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 50.0 Sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and as directed.

STANDBY DG SET:-Supply , installation,commissioning and testing of eco-friendly static type Diesel Engine driven generating set silent type conforming to CPCB condition/norms. 15KV or of next higher capacity as available/manufactured 415volts(C 3 phase 4 wire system of supply)50Hz at 0.8 power factor directly coupled alternator & engine, water cooled, mounted on common base plate of rigid fabricated mild steel frame platform with floor mounted fuel tank and including all excavation PCC foundation anti vibration pads/dampers including standard control panel other accessories as per manufacturer,s design. The Gen set should be fitted with integrated acoustic enclosure manufactured by the OEM of the Generating set. The Generating Set and acoustic enclosure shall confirm to emissionnorms and noise level.

The acoustic enclosure shall be type tested and certificate obtained for the type approved from approved agencies listed in Govt Notification Specifications of DG Set shall be as specified and comprising of the following:-

(A)ENGINE(Prime mover):- Desel engine vertical type of adequate capacity for 15KVA, 1500RPM of suitable BHP as per manufacturer recommendation. Water cooled 12 volts electric battery start complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacurer instructions including suitable engine control panel/dash Board with electronic tachometer Lubrication oil temperature & pressure guages water temp guage and frequency meter(digital type)including safety automatic shut down in case of fault such as high water temperature low oil pressure,over speed etc including self starter, alternator, cogged V belt, fuel tank with first fill of lub oil and coolant(as applicable)etc complete all as psecified.

(B)ALTERNATOR:- Alternator AC 3 phase 415 volts 4 wire rated line current for output 15KVA PF 0.8 1500RPM insulation class enclosure.SPDP self excited, self regulated brushless complete with AVR with +1% voltage regulation directly coupled with above engine.(i)Anti vibration pads for mounting engine and alternattor assembly on the base frame/plate or as recommended/provided by the manufactuerer. (ii)Base frame made out of structural steel as per manufactuerer,s recommended desigm/specifications.

(C )ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:- Provn of Integral type approved/certified ccoustic enclosure. It shall be made of 16SWG or manufacturer,s standard norms out of CRCA sheet with powder coated finish on ouside and provided with non igniting fire retardent foam as acoustic materil of suitable thickness and perforated sheet of stainless steel as per mnufacturer design. the doors and glass window shall be as per manufacturer,s design. The base frame shall be of ISMC . It shall also include the following:- (i)Silencer:- Absorption type non-resistance residual nd exhaust pipe covered with asbestos rope lagging or any other type of insulation as per manufactuerer design extended to about 3 meters outside the DG Set room . (ii) Internal wiring with PVC copper cable(ISI 694 marked)FRLS in lamp fittings including lamp. (iii)One No 12Vx 150AH 25 plates maintenance free batteries as recommended by manufacturer.

(D) The standard digital control pnel suitable to accommodate inside accoustic enclosure all as specified. (E)Daily service fuel tank of capacity as per manufactuerer,s for continuous operation complete all as specified. (F)AMF Power Control Panel:- This shall be designed for both automatic and manual operation on mains failure operation of the DG Set in cubical pattern all s specified.

Notes:- (i) Entire DG Set shall be procured from one of the manufacturer mentioned in list of manufacturers as per CA. (ii)Operation and maintenance manual, spare parts list overhauling manual 3 Sets shall also be supplied within overall cost quoted. (iii)Maintenance chart and manufacturer instruction shall be displayed on wooden board including catalogue board within overall quoted cost. (iv) Foundation for mounting of DG Set shall be one as per manufactuerer design within overall cost quoted. (v)Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removl with provn of blower. (vi)FOUNDATION:- Cost of PCC foundation as per manufacturer,s design/Instructions included in cost of Gen Set. (vii)POL/Fuel for testing shall be arranged by the contractor with out any extra cost to the dept. (viii)Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by representative of Accepting Officer/SEI/IEM and cost of arrangement is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted.

Point wiring using approved colour coding as per IS (Red, Black and Green for single phase circuits), with multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross-sectional area, single core, PVC insulated and sheathed FRLS cable 1100 volts grade, ISI-694 marked including heavy duty PVC concealed conduit and conduit accessories concealed in wall/roof/floor etc, ISI marked including new sunk in pressed steel terminal boxes of 1.6mm thick size duly painted with red oxide primer and black fire proof paint as per site requirement and providing new 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover of required colour and size fixed with brass screws and cup washers including PVC insulated multi-stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area single core F.R.L.S. cable as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly complete all as specified and directed at site for One light/Bell point controlled by one 5/6 amps one way switch.
