Development of Green Strips Along Major Roads 2026-27

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:4:8 or leaner mix (including equivalent design mix).

Disposal of building rubbish/malba/similar unserviceable, dismanteled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting and unloading the same at any C&D Waste management site within 25 km lead i.e. Shastri park/Burari/Mundka including weighing at plant etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. WEighing and unloading at the plant shall be as per procedure/rules of the plant management. The rates are inclusive of all operations, labours, leads and lifts from site of work to the C&D waste plant. The processing fee of C&D management at prescribed rates will be deposited by the agency and the same shall be reimbursed by the department on production of only original cash receipts.

Providing and laying HDPE Pipe confirming to to IS:4984 (as amended) suitable for respective working pressure with all the fittings and acessories e.g coupling, tees, bends reducers,screwed adaptors ,flanged, etc. jointing any dia. pipe as per manufatcurer's instructions including trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 110 mm pipe PN 10 PE100 of make Duraline/Supreme/Dinesh/Astral/Jain or equivalent.

Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Survey Conducting SUE Survey in a corridor of 4-6 meter width to detect buried utilities like pipes, cables etc. in such corridor. Marking of the detected utilities on the map of corridor with information of locations and depths to the top of various utilities detected. Onsite detection to be conducted using minimum tools of Electronic Pipe Locator (EPL) and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR). GPR work to be conducted using 500MHz and 300MHz antenna for best possible resolution and penetration. The specifications are SUE survey should be in accordance with 'Code of Practice for Subsurface Utility Engineering Suiting Indian Conditions Guidelines & Specifications for Detection, Verification & Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data'. Laying of old CC paver blocks, including setting in position in footpath to the required level and line over a bed of 20 mm average thick cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), having joint thickness not more than 5mm except on curve, including filling of joints with same cement mortar etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
