Brick Masonry in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) in foundations, basement and superstructure walls using second class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9”x 4 1/2”x 3” etc., complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by departmental Engineers

Plastering of 12 mm thick for Internal walls with cement mortar 1:5 (1 of cement : 5 of fine river sand) according to specifications. Rate shall include for providing GI mesh of nominal thickness at the junctions of masonry and concrete works to a width of 100 to 125mm including tying in position with suitable clamps/screws. Providing 15mm THICK Water Proofing CEMENT PLASTER in cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement:4 M sand) with water proofing Compound Cico no 1 or other equivalent on brick masonry, PCC/RCC surfaces including preparation of base, cleaning, chipping, hacking of existing plaster, scaffolding if required, finishing, curing including mouldings and providing grooves in plaster, etc. as specified for all depths and heights including labour charges,tools and tackles,material costs etc. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and painting of 2 coats of weather proof exterior emulsion with high sheen, anti algal properties over one coat wall exterior primer of approved quality and shade etc., complete. The rate including cost of materials, brush, ladder, scrapping, washing, materials, labour charges, wastages , cleaning, necessary lead and lifts, scaffolding, stagging, working at all levels, elevations, transportaion charges, loading, unloading, curing, sanding, touchup putty, surface thoroughly cleaned before painting as complete with all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Flooring with following Designed antiskid ceramic tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supply & Laying flooring with best quality approved colour Granite Slab, (Multi - Colour Granite ) not less than 18 mm thick of size not less than 1200 X 600mm machine cut and set in CM 1:4 20 mm thick topped white cement slurry (for surface contact of the bottom of the slab as per approved pattern including the finish joints with matching shade cement slurry cutting edge chamfering and polishing rough medium nice and tin oxide polish.
