In cement mortar

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level.

Hot rolled deformed bars

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade :

Two or more coats on new work.

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approvedmanufacturer in foundation and plinth in:

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying factory made Precast concrete solid blocks of 200 mm thickness of grade M10 made of C&D waste from approved manufacturer in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level

Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Filling available broken bats, rubbishes in the foundation trenches, grouting with M.sand mix with lime powder in 1:3 ratio (1 lime, 3 M.snd), ramming with iron hard rammet, watering, levelling to the required depth to make the hard surface in the footing/ foundation bottom etc complete as directed by the Engineer in-charge. Note:- The rate including the cost of M.sand, lime powder, mixing charges and all labours for brokening the brick bats to required size below the PCC of footings.

Refixing of available M.S grills recovered from the fallen / dameged compound wall, including breaking cement concrete bed blocks, strightening bentup/ warped mild steel members providing support for fixing the grill in position etc. complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Credit for bricks recovered from the demolished brick masonry including removal of mortar from the old bricks obtained from the demolished brick work including stacking at required place etc. complete.
