Dismantling carefully 10 Ton C.T Trolley complete from the EOT crane to the ground/floor level with the help of chain pulley block or by Hydra machine for necessary repair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for checking and dismantling of C.T gear box of 10 Ton EOT crane on the ground/floor and repair by replacing all old bearings with new bearings (make- NBC/SKF), by replacing oil seal, by repairing shaft, by repairing gear and replacing gear oil after cleaning oil sump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for checking and dismantling of Hoist gear box of 10 Ton EOT crane on the ground/floor and repair by replacing all old bearings with new bearings (make- NBC/SKF), by replacing oil seal, by repairing shaft, by repairing gear and replacing gear oil after cleaning oil sump complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacement of unserviceable Electro Hydraulic Thruster brake with new D.C shoe brake with rectifier unit of 10 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed (Rectifier unit will be fixed in main control panel). Make - Megtech/ Cranex/ Pethe

M&L for replacement of unserviceable L.T Disc Brake with new D.C disc brake of suitable size with rectifier unit 10 Ton EOT crane complete all as specified and as directed (Rectifier unit will be fixed in main control panel). Make - Megtech/ Cranex/ Pethe

M&L for replacement of Main Electric Control Panel of 10 Ton EOT Crane made out of M.S Sheet not less than 16 SWG duly powder coated Prewired with flexible copper cable of suitable size having 20% cushion duly Terminated with copper lugs and having Terminal Blocks mounted on channel. Panel shall be fixed/welded on LT Platform. Panel shall have main ON-OFF TPN MCCB 150 Amps rating of suitable rupturing capacity. Individual Motion i.e. Hoist, LT, CT shall be controlled by individual TPN MCBs of suitable capacity. Main Contactor shall be 110 Amp rating 415/110 Volts and Hoist Contactor shall be 70 Amp rating - 2 Nos, LT & CT Contactor shall be 25 Amps rating having Coil Voltage 415/110 Volts – 4 Nos. M&L for replacement of 18mm steel wire rope of 6x36 FMC Construction duly tested for 10 Ton EOT Crane complete all as specified and as directed. Make - : Usha Martin/ Mahadev Note : Test Certificate should be submitted by the contractor.

M&L for replacement of 5 Ton Electric Hoist from the Main Girder from the height of about 8 Mtrs and fixing of new Electric Hoist of 5 Ton Capacity having Hoist Motor 5 H.P with D.C Disc Brake complete with Hoist gear box with lift of 8 Mtrs having 4 falls of Rope. Rope shall be of suitable size and having 6x36 F.M.C Construction (Test Certificate of Rope should be submitted by contractor) and having 1 HP C.T motor with D.C Disc Brake and suitable gear box.
